I have bought lg 22m37d 21.5 led monitor in feb. 2016.
All of a sudden display stopped working, so i have switch off the power and when i switch it on only half display was coming.
So i complaint lg customer care about this issue, technician came and check the issue and told that this is a physical damage and it does not covers under warranty, you have to repair it.
I assured him and his manager that there is no physical damage happen nor the monitor has been hit with some hard particles but they are not ready to listen.
So i complaint again and talked with the area manager and the head of the service center and explained them about the problem but even they told the same thing that this is a physical damage and you have to repair it.
They quote rs. 8500/- to repair the led monitor which is equal to new led monitor.
