LG Electronics — LG LED TV White spots on Display

Hello,

My LG LED TV 43LF6500 Model was purchased in on December-2016

I see a white spot on the display and had raised a complaint RNP[protected] to fix the issue.

We have not at all disturbed, place of TV Mount or any settings which they configured and even electricity also we have own UPS no fluctuations at all with electricity.

Why this has happen issue? issue

This is default issue from all LG LED TV Products.

Why LG has not taken on serious action to fix at one shot while they do initial assembly

I don't no why they release same type of LED TV series again and again to fool customers and loose the trust, I am getting very bad feedback from many of family, friends and colleagues on this particular issue.

I had invested 63, 000 Rupees on this LED TV in December 2016 keeping in mind that this was the latest model available in 2016.

I am really disappointed with the response that i receive form Support stating that it would be additional cost, which they have own product issue.

I am getting multiple calls from multiple Engineers forcing me to close the ticket which is not the right approach.

Having above that, list of other products that i currently own form LG Refrigerator, AC, Washing machine .

I did lot trust LG earlier and have invested on multiple home appliances.

HTis type of service am never ever expected from LG.
