Lg free services are being denied by service center. I have purchased water purifier in sep 2019 and the company promised to provide three free services during an year, first service was done properly and then due to nation wide lock down, second service was delayed. I have called them in Aug 2020 to provide second service and it was provided as promised. I have called them again on dec 2020 to provide third free service, but initially their customer support denied as the warranty is collapsed and after much discussion that it was due to lock down, customer can’t have control over it, they agreed to provide third free service. I received call from service center and asked if I have warranty, I told them that it’s free. Service enter people stopped answering my calls and till now technician didn’t visited home for fixing the problem. They don’t answer the calls nor the customer care people is helping in fixing the issue.
