We have purchased the LG happy living plan against the amc model WW140NP model .date of purchase 24dec 18 and it is upto 23 dec 2022. We have been calling for the servicing which is supposed to be there as per the plan.But in vain no response yet . Immediate funnel

    Lg free services are being denied by service center. I have purchased water purifier in sep 2019 and the company promised to provide three free services during an year, first service was done properly and then due to nation wide lock down, second service was delayed. I have called them in Aug 2020 to provide second service and it was provided as promised. I have called them again on dec 2020 to provide third free service, but initially their customer support denied as the warranty is collapsed and after much discussion that it was due to lock down, customer can’t have control over it, they agreed to provide third free service. I received call from service center and asked if I have warranty, I told them that it’s free. Service enter people stopped answering my calls and till now technician didn’t visited home for fixing the problem. They don’t answer the calls nor the customer care people is helping in fixing the issue.

        I have an LG Hot and Cold Water Purifier. It has been giving me trouble ever since I bought it and the dealer never told me about the huge yearly maintenance cost. Now the company is delaying the service even more as they are claiming there are no parts available for my product. What kind of excuse is that? Honestly, LG is like Liability for Generations because trust me the product is not that pocket friendly and forget about any resale value. As soon as you bought it. It's a scrap.

          Hello,

          I have purchased LG washing machine, and received vouchers of Rs. 2000 of giffti to purchase.
          So, I have used coupon code and purchased product from giffiti.com and paid delivery charges on 19th November 2020. It's been 32 days but haven't received my product. I am calling to giffiti customer care but same response every time " you will get delivery in 4-5 days" but yet not received.

          I have mailed on [protected]@giffiti.in, from there also no response.

          Kindly do the needful and update.

            We bought an LG split A/C & the engineer came for installation but no ladder was brought & when only single person was sent. When we called the TL Poonam Gupta to try & resolve the issue she didn't bother to listen to us or resolve the issue instead was very rude & asked the service engineers to return back without installation. They too were very surprised & kept apologising on her behalf. How can you have such an inept & rude employee. We want this actioned.

                    I have a refrigerator that is still under warranty. I have been trying for over a month to get this fixed. The compressor is bad and this was identified by a repair tech. I have been getting a run around from different customer service individuals telling me to call here and there and no one seem to know what the hell there doing. I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO EITHER.

                      We thought of buying Fully automatic washing machine today so we went to PAI Attapur pillar no 141 near. Samsung 6.5kg Wobble we discussed with customer excutive regarding price finalized for 13000 . But billing done for 13500.. We asked in counter why 500 extra he did ask anything nor tried to inform us 500 immediatley he torn my Bill (video Rco:ATTA2-2391) which has paid already & return the money.
                      So Cheap Customer Service
                      Very worst ever ...
                      same model i bought for 13000 opposite Bajaj Electronics .

                        I had purchased the LG fully automatic machine on 10.11.2020 from Natraj Enterprise in Chandigarh. The owner told me that if i pay card swipe charges of 2% then i will get giffiti coupon code of worth 2500/-
                        I did same and he did some online transaction after receiving extra money of rs 450/-( other than invoice amount) in cash. After few minutes i received coupon code on my number, however when i am trying to redeem this code on giffiti web portal there is neother balance credit in my giffiti wallet nor i can use anywhere while making my payment for product selected, I felt cheated. I want my swipe charges back, want reply from company why do they cheat customers?

                          Water purifier not working within 6 months of purchase

                          There was a problem in RO filter. I have raised a request for service on november 21st. Its been 20 days and i have no response from the customer care. I tried calling customer care on[protected] and explained my problem thrice. They listen to my problem and there was this incident where twice the customer care person laughed when i was expressing my problem....

                          I bought washing machine from Pai electronics today and while purchasing and payment they have told free delivery and installation. The executive Eshwar(Vidyaranyapura branch) advised to pay 200 for the delivery boy out of happiness as our washing machine was to be kept in 3rd floor . We agreed and reconfirmed about the charges he confirmed it was nil. But after delivery of washing machine he was asking to pay 300. I am really unhappy about these hidden charges

                            Good day
                            I have an LG side by side inverter technology refrigerator which i purchased for about 1.3 lakh INR from Kohinoor electronics Andheri west
                            I am facing problems with cooling. No ice formation and no proper cooling causing food items to rot.
                            Called the customer helpline on 6th December in the early morning hours. Registered the complaint (RNP[protected]
                            I was told technician will visit . After insisting on smart diagnosis they said somebody will call within 2 hrs .
                            Its 7th today and nobody has visited or called for smart diagnosis.
                            LG representatives are completely unaware of the smart diagnosis feature and the ones who are aware are reluctant to offer that feature .
                            Standard answer of somebody will call you back .
                            I repeat nobody wants to offer the smart diagnosis feature as it means that they wont be aid for a technician visit .
                            Called area manager Mr. Jamir Shaikh . He said tommorow morning first thing he will give me a solution . But guess what ? He is sitting with mobile switched off .
                            Now again when we called she asked me to wait online and this is the second time when they have kept us on hold and kept the phone aside. 20 mins passed and no response.
                            This is the kind of service lg is providing in India

                            I demand an immediate solution and explanation as to why the smart diagnosis feature cannot be used.

                            LG is FOOLING US .

                              Lg frauded customer and got 5 star positive review on flipkart and amazon for device LG g8x which leads to promote device sale.

                              On LG smart world app lg started an event that they are giving 1000 mah power bank to customer who review their device lg g8x and send screenshot and other information given form below to event page but after 2 days the page desolved and after sometime i called customer care they completely denied of such offer like that and still i dont get my power bank so do others

                                I buyed lg g8x i connected and email lg customer care so many times because im unable to stream prime in hd and amazon prime executive is saying that LG is not whitelisted your device for hd streaming please contact lg customer care but lg denied of such thing like that.

                                LG need to registed my device for HD streaming as i paid for the HD device not standard quality screen

                                LG customer support did nothing from past 1.5 months im contacting and they only said we are raising concern then nothing

                                    LG electronics india is running a scam of fake gift voucher from Giffiti a fraud company.

                                    LG employees should feel ashamed that they are part of such ### company.

                                    They are selling electronic goods telling that you will get gift voucher of 1000 to 5000 Rs which you can claim at Giffiti website and purchase goodies

                                    I have purchased a washing machine and received 2500 voucher. I ordered On giffite and paid 99Rs for delivery charges trusting the ### brand LG.

                                    I have been following up with Giffite from last 25 days and they are giving foolish reasons.

                                    I came to know that they use Delhivery courier service for order collection from the dealers containing the shipment.
                                    The pickup is scheduled and been told that order or product is not ready. This is repeated and the end CUSTOMER never received his order.

                                    They are fooling the courier service people as well in this fraud /scam.

                                    Giffiti is a LG sponsored online scam and should be filed a legal complaint against this fraud which they are running to increase their sale. ### LG

                                      I am really upset how you tie up with giffiti and you have send a gift worth 3000 for prebooked a automatic washing machine.

                                      Unfortunately giffiti does not delivered my order and even their customer care numbers also not able to connect and even for complaint s also not responding..
