[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg mc 3286brum | |||
We had purchased lg microwave mc 3286brum on 6th, nov 2018. This got delivered on 7th nov 2018. Few days later the demonstration person from lg service centre visited our place for demonstartion and in the process broke a part of the oven. He immediately informed his manager of this incident. We were promised a replacement of the oven within next 2-3 days. Its been more than 20 days and the pune asm mr. Sagar pande has been lying to us about the replacement. He is very non cooperative and arrogant person. This whole process has caused us stress and we regret buying an lg product. Such behavior is not expected from a lg service centre.
