My complaint Number is RNA[protected] . I raised my complaint in the first week of November and I am still awaiting a resolution for my complaint. The original problem with my Microwave was that its buttons were not working on starting up . To resolve my problem, since I have an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) i raised my complaint at LG service center, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh . They inspected the problem and told me that they would raise a request from the company to provide the necessary parts required to repair the Microwave but after 7 weeks I hadn't got any reply .
