My new fridge stops cooling . I raised complained 3-4 days ago with no. RNA[protected] and still no engineers attending my call which is supposed to be attended in 24 hrs. I took the service center no. from customer care executive- Balaji services. Balaji manger looks sleeping, I called 15-16 times on their cell no. but nobody is responding. I followed up my complaint ( with 1800 ...) more than 5 times still no response. they gave me Officer no. of customer care executives, same no response. Sometimes I really want to use foul language to make them understand my anger/frustration. It may value advice to people, LG is very poor in customer service..highly dissatisfied.. I expect reply.     We have a 2 ton LG split ac, which is under an AMC with LG electronics- Gennext services. This AMC has proved nothing but disastrous and disappointing. We have had multiple issues with the service center. To start with they do not respond to calls to come and check the ac until they are yelled at. And when they do the only reason for a non working ac seems to be "no gas". Evidently that is the only thing their technichians are only qualified to say In September the ac was taken the ac for a gas leak and kept the ac with them for 15 days- apparently the workshop was being shifted and thus the issue. Once we got the ac back, in October there was an issue of no cooling. we followed up for 12 days to get a check / pick up done. Again it was a gas leak. This time the ac was taken for a week. And in November the ac was again not working. This time the technician says a "gas top up is required", when we ask why it happened he tells u "its anybody's guess" so the ac was taken away for a top up again which lasted up a week and now the ac is again not cooling. One tecnichian came looked at it on 3rd morning and said senior will come- apparently he could not figure the issue and stating as issues for the 4th time since September would become too obvious on what kind of rougues they are being. However no senir has showed up and calling them is futile as we are only getting dates for pick up we need this issue to be addressed as we now fear that parts are changed / damaged on purpose by them. the compressor seems to have been changed for a shody one

      we have logged complain to lg customer sevice under RNA[protected].It is almost One and half months and the issue is not resolved.how long we have to wait for this.customer service has give n the number of princy who is not bothered to call back and we have to chck the status.such a big company and this is the way to treat tge customers.we have called thousand times and everytime the time is getting extended.please look into this issue and request your urgent feedback on the issue

        I paid the initial payment and completed the installment producer also on 18.08.2013 for purchase the LG. Refrigerator and microwave oven. Receipt no.AD-2666 dated on 18.08.2013. Before pay the money the manager told with in 24 hours we will deliver the materials. But till (after 2 months) the shop S.C.SHAH & CO (P), 59 (Old No.28A) 1st main Road, Gandhi Nager, Adyar, Chennai-600 020, phone[protected]/66. not deliver the few important materials of microwave oven.
        I asked the shop through phone the sales man misbehavior with me and told we donot deliver the materials what ever you want you do it. The staffs not cooperative with the customers. The staffs not at all lifting the phone also. So please do the needful.

          Respected Sir, I had a Lg GS190 mobile, ..few days ago i had a problem in this...One day my get switched off fully i mean fully shutdown...we went one mobile lg mobile service center in pondicherry, , , they got the mobile from me...after one day they give back to me...and they said your IMEI Number get problem...but phone switched on...that service center name is RISHI COMMUNICATION, lg authorized service center, 169, TKP towers, lenin street, kosapalayam, puducherry-605013... and also they not get any service charge from me, they not give any receipt...but phone get working while i do 20 times or 30 times switch on and off after 5 min it ll goes that problem invalid sim...Sir i want proper solution sir...that service center person not giving proper answer and also i m not getting any idea in IMEI NUMBER...

            To, LGEL National Sales Sir, This was my 5th purchase from LG (1 LED TV, 2 LCD TVs, 1 Window AC purchased earlier in last 6 years). Never had a problem with any of the above and being a brand-loyal customer I put my money on a split AC (1.5 Ton) about 7 months back in bangalore. Cooling problem started after a few days and during the first service this was discussed with the service engineer who somehow managed to convince me that the machine takes time to tune itself (something that never happened till date). I didn’t escalate this as in Bangalore I don’t require AC frequently. I made a formal compliant again today, and the service engineer reveals that there is a mechanical problem with the unit and that they can FIX it for me. He also mentioned that for similar problems after the warranty period I’ll be charged around 3.5K. My concerns – 1) I’m not saying that product can’t have fault, but it’s rare with Air Conditioners especially when it didn’t undergo heavy usage (I use AC very rarely due to Bangalore climate ) 2) I believe that the product sold had innate fault because none of my LG products purchased earlier gave problems even after heavy usage 3) If I accept the faulty and FIXED product now, this might become a regular source of pain after the warranty period Expectation as a brand-loyal customer – 1) Since the machine is still under warranty, I urge you to replace the unit. I’m extremely uncomfortable with the fault – fix – run – fault – call the customer care cycle As a final note – I refuse to believe that an Air-conditioner can show signs of mechanical problem with so minimal use and so soon in its lifespan. (Have one LG AC running in my Calcutta home without a trace of problem for many years now).               Our dish washer was purchased in March 2012 and it is continuously getting repaired every 2 months due to various errors like IE, OE etc. The LG service team is the most horrible you can ever imagine, their response time is more than a month every time, they need a thousand reminder phone calls, emails to action. They are a bunch of liars, incompetent fellows who have no idea and inclination to satisfy a customer. NOBODY SHOULD BUY A LG PRODUCT, EVERYONE SHOULD BOYCOTT LG TILL THEY LEARN A LESSON. Right now, I am running pillar to post as these guys are not able to service my Dishwasher for over 20 days. The Manager Vijay Soni ([protected]), Y Chandrashekhar ([protected]), are all not fit to be in service. I can write a ten page history on the incompetence of their services. They refuse to give the numbers of their Heads like Vinod Kumar, Head of Customer Service etc. who I think are equally incompetent without any idea of what is going on in the company and not intervening in repeated complaints. Is LG top management listening to these complaints, I think they are blind and very soon they will be out of business if this situation persists. I am writing hoping that there will be at least one individual in LG who is not shameless and will take immediate action to rectify my dishwasher. What is the Korean CEO of India, Mr. Kim doing? Don't you fire the incompetent guys in LG, why is this being run like a government department? Kannan My latest LG Complaint Number is RNA[protected].                 We made the mistake of purchasing a range of LG products costing approximately Rs 3 Lakhs on retirement and settling in Kottayam, Kerala. Unfortunately, we have had the following items stop working:- 1. In the month of June 2013 our refrigerator, LG DIOS 567 L217BSXV costing Rs 73, 780/- stopped cooling and it took LG eight days to fix the problem. We had to shift our frozen products elsewhere during that period. 2. In October 2013, one of our split ACs stopped cooling and it took 14 days (including 2 days when we were out of station, which was informed to LG service) and four visits by LG technicians to fix the problem at a cost exceeding Rs 5, 000/-. This particular AC was used for less than ten hours totally. 3. Now we our TV, LED LG 32 inch 32 LM6400 (costing Rs 52, 700/-) has stopped working and we have approached LG service. We hope not to have to wait for repairs indefinitely again. We use these products carefully and there would be no reason for any damage as a result of misuse. I can only presume that LG is supplying sub standard products as I find such frequent damages most unusual and detrimental to the goodwill of any decent company. I am sure everyone will agree that this rate of failure is very unusual.

                21 days have gone by and LG has still to repair my TV. One service rep came, checked the TV and said it would take up to 4 days to get a replacement part. Now it is 21 long days and nothing has happened. Obviously LG cannot cope up with the sheer volume of repairs as a result of frequent failure of their equipment. My latest 'request' to LG is appended hereafter:
                "Reference my request for repair of my TV of 21 November 2013 and your reply of the same date. Today is 09 December 2013 and a full 21 days have elapsed and our TV continues to remain DEAD. This is obviously a result of frequent failure of LG products which your service personnel cannot cope up with. It is sad that I wasted so much of my hard earned products on your products. Guess we have to keep various consumer forums active and let as many people in India know of LGs problems and absolute lack of client satisfaction."
                I however need to complement Mr Soji Joseph, the local area service manager; he is very polite!

                  hi, i have taken extended guarantee of microwave for 4 year, after lapsing of 3 year, cavity problem occurs in MW and LG people informed that this part is not available and even in future will not be available. So as per company policy we refund your amount on depreciation basis, which is very penny amount that is approx Rs. 1200/- approx as per company representative. it is noted that i had purchased the extended warranty in Rs 2900/- for 4 year and at the time of purchasing the extended warranty, LG people not informed about this situation means taking extended warranty is cheating with customer, if company is unable to provide the warranty, that at least return full amount of extended warranty fee with 18% interest per annum. pls resolve the issue. i am totally unsatisfied with the response of LG customer team and appeal to all customer do not purchase extended warranty product. my mobile no.                         i bought new lg LCD TV and it is damaged with in 8 month. so it was in warranty period so i go to the dealer and tell the problem they said lg service center is responsible and now i went to the lg service center and tell the problem. they came and check tv. they came and check tv almost 3 month but they couldn't repaired it or replace it. i talked to Delhi center of lg TV and everywhere what ever i do for my tv but tv is still damaged condition. now i registered my case in district consumer court. but here is also i got no repose my case is in court and i get every time new hearing date from last march 2013.

                          I went to LG dealer - Priyanka communication, sector 14 Gurgaon and book 8082PRR microwave and asked them to send me the pack piece but I received 8087ABr when we asked why was this delivered sales man say mam 8087 is the best product bla bla bla... When I was firm on my question and said that I liked 8082PRR and want that product only they said that they don't have in the stock so I said you can get it from the company / distributor in return the answer is the rate is increased by 2000 so they can't arrange the same and LG has stopped 8082PRR. I need the resolution as 8087ABR is given to us forcefully I need help - if they don't have in stock how can they sell / promise me to deliver the product so what the product rate is increased next day is that my fault I am really depressed with this I don't know what to do, I don't even feel like to make anything in it feel so stressed out and upset looking at that microwave - feeling real cheated :( PLS note - When I said I will complaint this matter in consumer court - they laughed and said we have a good lawyer to deal such things - I am surprised by this statement Awaiting for your kind help Thanks Nisha Salvi [protected]

                            I brought a plasmsa tv in 2010, its not really used alot as were at work most of the day. we payed £369 for the tv. which is now broken, the supply board has broken. we are very dissapointed with our tv as we have all our other appliiances with lg. which weve never had problems with. we are now without a tv which isnt nice for our family so near christmas. I recommend your products highly, unfortunatly this want be the case in future. j clark

                              I purchased a new LG washing machine model No.T72 FSA 12P on 30.10.2013 from M/s Pro Visual, Bhadrak. Sameday LG Co. mechanic visited my house at Gopabandhu Nagar, Chapulia, Bhadrak, Odisha-756101 and fitted the machine and shown us the DEMO. on 1st Nov., the machine had shown problem; water did not automatically flow to the machine. I lodged a complaint with toll free customer care No.[protected] on 9th Nov and in the mean time I also personally contacted the concerned mechanic . Till date no body attended the complaint. It is a new machine, how it is showing defect on the first day of its use. KIndly take it seriously and send the mechanic urgently.

                                Dear, I have purchased one brand new fridge -REF-338VE4(VB) (LG) dated on 1-Apr-2013 from Ace Electronics B-1/34 Sector -18, Noida-201301 invoice No-9. Door was rusted and i am very much disapponited beacuse its only six months old and door was looking so bed. If LG like company provide such bed quality product in india so we should take stern action against them. Kindly provide immediate solution or depute any service engineer to resolve this issue.                                   I purchased LG Microwave oven Model No.MC 808-WAR and the Touch Pad Control Panel of it is not working. It was previously replaced once by the company. Within one month of purchasing the item problem arouse and they repaired it several times and finally replaced it. Presently it is not working. The Technician told me that he is helpless as the company is not manufacturing and supplying the part presently. How to solve the problem because all the other parts are working perfectly other than the Touch Pad Control Panel.

                                    With reference to our previous mail dated 28.10.2013, we are really disappointed with worst ever service experience & our faith in this LG brand is totally shaken. We made a biggest mistake & regret our decision of opting for LG instead of Samsung.

                                    As per previous, after a lot explanation & discussion, the service centre finally realized the electric fault in the repair & again issued third complaint number after closure of previous two complaint numbers on the pretext of forceful closure by the customer service of LG to show prompt service in the records.

                                    Anyhow, the microwave got delivered back the machine on 07.11.2013. The oven was delivered to us with new problems. The bottom rotatory plastic part that holds the glass tray is supplied of some other microwave & the glass tray is vibrating on it. While taking the oven, the technician left with us only 3 wheel circle & the glass tray. On raising the issue, we were informed that they left that part also with us but on our strict refusal, they promised to bring the part next day as the technician who repaired it is on leave. But till now, there is no response.

                                    To further add to our woes & problem, we found that they have left the oven with hundreds of cockroaches coming slowly from the back side & in the front door of the machine. We are really fed up with this company its response. Oven is returned after 18 days without its usability & big breeding ground for the cockroach. We can understand that in what kind of deplorable condition this oven must have been kept in the service centre.

                                    If any shame is left with the entire service team of LG, we request you to please look into the matter & get the part replaced and send some senior technician to inspect the situation. Please also arrange for the cleaning of cockroaches & breeding grounds in the mechanical area of the oven.

                                    We are really disappointed with the extremely poor service of LG & our faith in this brand is badly shaken. LG customer service gave me one number of Ms.Shobha Pandey & we are trying since last one week but it is not reachable always and seems to be gimmick to fool the customers.

                                    Please inform us immediately when this shameful attitude of your service team will finally end otherwise we have to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court on this. Your soonest possible reply is eagerly awaited.

                                    With reference to above said complaint numbers & product details, it is to bring to you notice that we had made the complaint about the defect in microwave oven on 24.09.2013 & your service engineer changed the part on 28.09.2013. Than after usage for day, the new problem started. The moment we plug the over to the mains, the main ELCB (EARTH LEAKAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER) of our electricity meter is tripping due to some short circuit of neutral & earth in the oven.

                                    On our complaint on 14.10.13, service engineer from your Azadpur Service Centre, Delhi visited us & could not rectify the problem. Than they called some senior engineer from the production plant on 16.10.2013 & found the electrical problem in the machine & decided to take the machine to service centre. As a cross verification, they also checked the oven in my neighbor’s house & had the same ELCB tripping problem. On 20.10.13, they took the machine & after that there was a big silence. On follow-up on 24.10.13 to LG customer care, we found that they have closed the complaint even without returning the microwave.

                                    After this another complaint is lodged in spite of previous one still not open and on 25.10.13, they brought the oven & found the problem remain not resolved. They found that when the oven door is open & power socket is plugged to mains, the ELCB was not tripping but the movement the door is closed, it trips again.

                                    To our surprise & dismay, after two hours, we received a call from Mr.Rajat / Ranjit from Azadpur service centre informing & complaining that why we refused to take back the oven while the decision to take back was there on own team as it was not working. Than on our explanation, he realized the gravity of the situation & asked us to give on more day to resolve,

                                    It is now 14 days & no result. We are really disappointed with the extremely poor service of LG & our faith in this brand is badly shaken.                                       I purchased approximately three lakhs worth of LG products when setting up our home on retirement during mid 2012. I regret having selected LG for two reasons, first, our refrigerator (LG DIOS 567L217BSXV) stopped working and it took eight days for a service person to come and repair IT. Now we have one of our split ACs not working (I understand it has a gas leak issue and needs to be soldiered and gas refilled)> The problem was registered with LG Service and confirmed vide SMS at 11.27 hours on 01 Nov 2013 (ID [protected]). I got a call from the service representative at 11.28 hours on 02 Nov 2012 that he would come home within 10 minutes; however, I was not at home and he satated that he would come on Monday, the 4th of Nov 2013, which was fair. However, I get a SMS at 18.49 hours on 02 Nov 2013, stating, 'your service request RNA[protected] is closed. Reason Customer Appointment over 5 days'.
                                      I am sure we all understand that only 2 days have elapsed and not 5. Sadly this this the second bad experience We have had with LG. First their products are very very bad and get unserviceable soon and second their service is atrocious. My advise to every potential buyer...DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS> I am changing house shortly, and I will definitely not buy LG hereafter and will also influence all my friends not to buy LG

                                      It is now 22 days since we logged a complaint with LG service and sadly, the TV remains unserviceable for lack of repairs. Do advise as to how we can approach consumer courts for redressal...thank you

                                      Here's the update. I exchanged the damaged LG TV and purchased a new 3D LED TV (obviously NOT LG). The cost of repairs and services levied by LG is acceptable, but the time taken by them, in this case I waited one week only to be told that it would take more time for another part to come, is unacceptable when one is paying in excess of Rs 24, 000 for repairs! The last time repairs took 22 days. So LG, either improve your logistics related to service or expect people not to buy your products
                                      Here once again with the same complaint, the TV having the same problem 6 months after it was repaired after a wait of more than 22 days. Its been 9 days since the LG rep came and saw theTV and there has been no further action. On speaking to their complaint cell I was informed that they would spped up the case, but the fact is that they dont seem to have spares easily available and if it takes so many days to repair when we are paying a good amount of money, then their logistics setup is poor. I have told people who are purchasing new items to avoid LG products as their repair service is BAD

                                        Hi All, We are a loyal consumer of LG product since 2000 but unfortunately this product (32LN5400 LED TV) and services (Automatic washing machine) are forced me to write this. The whole thing started with we brought a LG LED 32LN5400 TV for Rs. 36000 on may 2013 within 3 months we are hearing humming sound from TV after complaining they advised us that setup box has 2 pins and TV has 3 pins because of earthing issue there is a humming sound now they have products with 2 pins while all this procedure we came to know the AV1 & AV2 slot is gone and its repaired with 3 months within a month we are facing a new problem that unable to see the picture it gives HORRIBLE sound like it gone be blast. filled a complaint id[protected] for TV. My tragedy doesn't ends here i brought a another product of LG fully automatic machine for replacing of old washing machine its delivered within 2 days and my old one was taken by the time itself and was promised that installation person will arrive within 2 days but after 4 days none of the person came complaint id :[protected]. they were assured that installation person will contact within 4 hours but still no one is shown.
