We had bought GC-B217BPJV model and We started having a problem on 11 May 2017 where the refrigerator stopped cooling.
We registered a complaint RNP[protected] on 12th May 2014. LG service man first attended the case post 3-days after multiple calls.
He said PCB board need to change cost is 4500 I said ok after multiple call he came on 20th May, but that PCB is the different model so he went back. next after 2 days he again came and change the PCB board but again fridge not working then he told me Compressor also gone so we need to change. after that, he is not picking my calls.

Today is 12th day and still, my fridge is not working
After several (at least 50 calls) LG customer care said AAP NISHCHINT RAHO AAPKA KAAM JUJD SE JULD HO JAYEGA.
But after 12 days no cold water in my Home in the hot summer time. Thanks, LG to provide this type of service.
Local Service center not answering the phone. Worst service in my life.
I don't know where should I go and complaint. Now we are at a stage where we cannot take it anymore. I will go to any level to ensure it is addressed. The first attempt is by sending this email.
