[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg q7 mobile phone not working since the day I purchased it. replace the product.

I have bought the lg Q7 mobile phone on sept 05 2018 and it is not working properly from the first day.
It is default in the product, its processor is too slow to work and it is unresponsive to my touch.
Replace this product or give me my money back.
We as a consumer can’t take your faulty products on the verge of our precious money.
Kindly take action towards it or else i have to lodge complaint in consumer forum.
