HI, We have called customer care many times but Lg customer care representatives are so careless and even they are not ready to listen our concern and even they have disconnected the call many times. We have launched a complaint against our fridge and it's almost two weeks nothing has happened till now. LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 06, 2020 Updated by Manishsheel222 Hi, We have not received any response from LG Electronics customer support team. Even servicer who visited our home to check the refrigrator is not responding. Jul 08, 2020 Updated by Manishsheel222 Hi, Please provide escalation point of contact for LG electronics as we are not getting any response otherwise we will go to consumer court as we have no other option now.
