My LG Refrigerator (Model GL 402) has been not working since 4 days due to Motherboard / PCB board issue.
Complaint number is : RNP[protected]
The technician who came to attend the problem on 7-3-2022 mentioned it was due to Motherboard/PCB board issue, and said the replacement board would arrive in about a day or so and it would be rectified.
Until today there is no information about the replacement, and technician said he does not know when the part would arrive Chennai.
I feel let down by LG, I bought the product thinking the service and maintenance would be top class. Looks like I was wrong.
This refrigerator is an expensive one and a household cannot function without a fridge for more than a day.
My question is why does your Chennai region not have stock of such an item?? Who is responsible for customers' problem?
