LG Electronics — lg split ac is not cooling well

I brought 23rd of May Dule Inverter Split AC Model No KS-Q18ENZA, Indoor Model No. KS Q18ENZA.LG, Unfortunately I have facing cooling problem from 1st Day, I was contacted many time to customer support and Engineer also they come visit many time, They Change my AC gas also but not solve my problem. My AC is only 5 dgree down in 10 hour at night When electricity Bill is come when we realised My AC is consume heavy Electricity, My Electricity bill is come so high after Install LG AC, First time Me and my family is very upset from buying from LG Product.
