Trying to sell new led tv and claiming 3 years old lcd tv not serviceable.

- service guy (ragunathan) checks and confirms parts availability and erp inventory shown to customer.- insists buying voltage stabliser whereas branded surge supressor was used as protection sold by their dealer.

- team leader (venkatesh) seems to be behind sales quota rules out servicing / availability and calculating depriciation. callcenter guy (vignesh nor understands or acts as if he doesnt understand and refuses to share escalaltion managers name - says lg policy. (audio recording available)

- rs.55k tv and no service capability or fraud - if erp inventory showed wrongly they are saying their erp is faulty after intense followup.

— encl visit bill and same day confirmed to rectify and price non negotiable i even accepted for the arm twisted price.

LG spoiled name in India because of guys without sense of customer service. Sending detailed mail to Mr.Vinod Kumar National Head Customer Service. If no reply surely will not hesitate to send the recording, bill proof i have to Korea in Korean
