My wife, kathleen, was researching on a new washer and lg was one of them. Kathleen called their product support dept. To inquire if the attachment hoses was included with their model. The answer was an astounding 'yes', upon which kathleen verified that the unit would be purchased for delivery in alberta. 'no problem' was the reply. So, with the washer delivered and no hoses included we purchased new hoses. Kathleen has been trying to get reimbursed for about 2 months. Her calls have been dropped. She has been promised a return call which never happens. Been transferred to us and philippines, suggested that she has lied. It is apparent that lg is the type of company that promises everything but delivers on nothing. And all this for $25. Cdn. If they renege on $25 imagine what they will do on their warranty. Scary.
