I am using fully automated top load 6.5kg lg washing machine since sometime now.
It got timer issue and case was logged with lg customer care on 20.10.2021 technician visited from Kundu refrigeration sohna visited on 22.10.2021 and replaced shocker and sensors. 2500 rupees charged for service and parts but issue was not resolved still. Contacted Kundu service center but no help so called service center again to get some help on this. But now service center reported that timer part is discontinued and can not be serviced.
Now I have following concerns:
1. If LG provide 10 years warranty for product then part should be arranged and issue should be fixed. How can selective parts are available not all.
2. Case was closed without confirmation.
3. Why wrong parts replaced and charged me wrongly.
4. They charged me 2500/- but invoiced 1900/-.
4. Need refund of all charged amount if LG can not help me with service.
Contacted area manager Vishal Sehrawat on this topic but no help and he is speaking on behalf of Kundu’s refrigeration .

Put up complaint on lg portal to service head and ceo but nothing turned up.
