I purchased an LG 4 phone smartphone September 2015 the last 3 or 4 months I have been having problems with it just going dead completely blank Atwood recharge a reboot or move the battery around and then it would work yesterday the phone completely would not work after visiting the local service technicians they have described the problem to me that the motherboard was bad and that this was a consistent ongoing problem I did then content over the phone your customer service department I did talk to 3 different people Megan Jonah and Jamie Jamie did admit that this was an ongoing problem that your company has realized the situation I am in is the warranty ended less than two weeks ago I do not believe that this is good customer service I will not buy another LG product the phone I am referencing is an ime number[protected] my name is Carl Van Meter I'm at[protected] it is an LG h810 Was this information helpful? | |||
