I have a LG microwave. last few days it is not working properly. from last 3 days it is not heating the contents which are kept inside. It is causing lot of problems to us as we are not able to heat our food and we have to eat it cold as we dont have another option.We have lodged a complaint with LG customer service regarding this. But they are saying that we are sending our executive in next 2 hrs from past 3 days. till now no one has visited us. pls look into this matter. my complaint no is RNA[protected].
