[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Misbehaving and abusing

Dear sir,
I have problem in my washing machine, i complaint to lg care and a service boy name mr. Riyaj ahmad came against complaint and without checking the machine he says moter is burnt, i am asking him how do you known moter is burnt after this he started misbehaving with me and abusing me, so you are requested to take action against mr. Riyaj ahamad.
