I have purchased Nexus 5X in December 2015 after first release in India. The device was was was working perfectly but it got in to boot loop yesterday. I did factory reset in recovery mode, wipe cach memory and tried - but no luck. I have approached the LG service center in Chennai and they checked it and informed that its a motherboard issue. They told there is no motherboard available for Nexus 5X as the product is stopped by LG. I have spent 32500 INR for the phone and its not fair to ignore the customer just because LG stopped production. Kindly replace the motherboard or do the refund.

Updated by prasoon.ak1 Just now I got a call from +91 [protected] asking for bank details for refund. I have requested him to send an email from LG email domain, and I will share the details in email. Let me know if its from LG or someone is trying to cheat me.
Any update for you? I am also facing the problem with my nexus 5x.
