[Resolved] LG Electronics — Non-response for repair | |||
Hello Sir/Madam I am Sahil Bansal from Ludhiana, Punjab.I have complaint for the LG split A/c, whose outdoor is not working.I have complaint on[protected] and my Complaint RNA is[protected].On[protected] the technical Person has come and check the outdoor and said the parts are changed. I have called up no. of times to technical person as well as to the Ludhiana Service center manager(Mr. Rajiv), he was also not response me properly. LG service center employees are harassing the customer, for not giving the proper information to the customer.They are even not visit again to my office to check the A/c again. On[protected] when technical Person come they only check orally not properly check From[protected], A/c is not working, In this Hot weather, how it is possible to live without A/c.
