LG Electronics — Old discontinued Model of Refrigerator sent to my home instead of Model that I selected

I bought a LG double door refrigerator (Smart Inverter) Model No lg-GL-D402JPZL from Super Electronics Pvt Ltd, WZ-44/2B, Krishna Puri, Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri, New Delhi -18, through its proprietor Mr. Rajinder Singh ([protected],[protected]. To my shock, the model delivered and installed at my residence in my absence was an old and discontinued model. I called the dealer next day and requested to change the model. He kept on giving one or other excuses. Finally, He introduced me to Mr. Tarun Kumar, Area Sales Manager of LG ([protected])for West Delhi. Mr. Tarun assured me that he will get the refrigerator replaced in next 3~4 days. He also kept giving me one or the other excuses and after about 20 days he also stopped taking my calls.
