I am writing today about an order that started back in August 25, 2021, well that’s when it all started then I was supposed to receive a phone all Sept, 4, 2021 through September 6, 2021 to set up a date for delivery, which I never received any contact from you, so then I called again on the September 10, 2021 to the shipping department and was told that it should be delivered by September 13, 2021 which was not delivered so I called again on September 15, 2021 and was told that they didn’t know where my order was so at this point I am not a happy customer and I canceled the order, and was told it would take 10 to 15 days for a refund, which I Still do NOT have, then I called back again September 28, 2021 which was Tuesday this week and was told that they were going to escalate the process to get a refund faster. Now as of yet I have NOT received any confirmation or response in any form about my order. Now I look online for the order status and it is showing that it has been completed and we have not yet received a refund or an appliance delivery. A very unhappy customer and I am going to post a review of how this has been handled and not handled. It is sad because I have all LG appliances in my home and will never order from LG again.
