LG Electronics — pathetic customer service even after taking amc

I raised a complaint two weeks back (Noida) that my inverter ac is not cooling. Ticket no ccn-[protected], rna no rnp[protected]. But the complaint is not resolved yet. Technicians came and said they have to change condenser cooling coil so they will come next day and fix it. Since then the request is pending stating they are procuring the part. I don't think they don't have this common part unavailable in their store. They don't provide any eta nor do they send anyone to provide any workaround and because of this my family is suffering from heat and humidity these days. At the time of inspection they say they will fix it by next day but then they stop picking your calls. I have escalated it to leads anuj ([protected]), mohit ([protected]), alok ([protected]) but of no use. I escalated the matter to [protected]@lge.com but they only send you an automated reply and after that no action is being taken till now.

Updated by AshishMangal79 No one contacted me as expected. On the top of that the team has cancelled my previous request raised in May 2020 to meet their SLA and raised another request. It's been more than 3 weeks now and they have not received Condenser Cooling coil yet.
I will again say, refund my AMC money or get my AC fixed asap.
