Hello!
I'm a regular customer of LG products, Since 8 years. I'm kinda attracted to it. And, we've a LG Microwave oven & LG Washing machine. But, after experiencing your dealers' talking attitude and poor quality support for the product, my confidence and trust on LG had been lost. So, after that experience, I bought 4 washing machines for me and my group, of SAMSUNG, just because of your dealers' poor quality support and talking style. Please take actions against this aggressive dealers, that's it. And, I've given oven for 'General Service' on 06-10-14 and they gave it back on 07-11-14, without cleaning and sorting out the problem, they just kept it. I visited there and asked about the problems and they said " Cleaning of the machine (External & Internal) is not our responsibility " I got this very aggressive answer, so I lost faith in LG.
