[Resolved] LG Electronics — Poor Service and attention towards customer

My new fridge stops cooling . I raised complained 3-4 days ago with no. RNA[protected] and still no engineers attending my call which is supposed to be attended in 24 hrs. I took the service center no. from customer care executive- Balaji services. Balaji manger looks sleeping, I called 15-16 times on their cell no. but nobody is responding.
I followed up my complaint ( with 1800 ...) more than 5 times still no response. they gave me Officer no. of customer care executives, same no response.
Sometimes I really want to use foul language to make them understand my anger/frustration.
It may value advice to people, LG is very poor in customer service..highly dissatisfied..

Another LG Engineer-Balaji Service Centre come to my home and resolved.
so small issue but it took 3.5 days to resolve...
