Hi, I bought a new LG AC from Reliance digital and within a year i faced alot of problems like cooling issue, water leakage from AC indoor one and too much noise. After calling them since a month none of them are getting this issue solved. i called Ms. Selvi, Mr.Balaji, Mr.Jai, Mr. Prasad and also service center guy(M/s Comfort cool) that fellow just keep on disconnecting the calls. Everyone are just making the customers fool and giving mental pressure.Even after sending few emails am not getting my AC repaired. Inspite of informing them several times that am pregnant am unable to bare the heat and getting health issues they r least bothered. If i or my baby face any problem you guys will face the consiquences.
