Sir I bought two AC of same model last year but one of the AC is not working since it's purchase.Two times it's parts has been replaced by the company but the AC is not working properly, now again some part is defective as told to me by the service center head at Patiala and the Company is pressuring me to get the part changed.My guarantee period is going to exaust .do please help me out.

    I have bought LG 2 TON inverter AC
    and since installation 3 times gas has been leaked, but everytimes engineer come down and get the gas filled but probelm remain same
    i have reported to LG service officer but nothing is done
    please replace this unit and get the problem sorted out

    shall i knock consumer court
    or my problem will be sorted out
    as this AC id new and and we have not used for our requirement since installation
    so what should i do

      Lg invertor ac not working due to improper installtion.

      Lg invertor ac not cooling room due to improper installation. Even after several followups, lg support executive are not responding.
      I am going to raise this issue in consumer court and will also stop my closed ones who wanted to buy lg products in market.

      Request urgent attention to this matter.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,
        We have given complaint for LG Refrigerator for gas filling on 27/05/2017 and your service engineer came on 29/05/2017 for inspection and told there is no gas, we need to fill the gas which he cannot do. And told he will send another person for gas filling tomorrow.

        As the cost which he told was On higher side I said i will do it outside. For which he was asking to pay for visit charges.

        My point is I registered a complaint for gas filling and the person neither brought the gas nor done any service. And expecting me to pay visit charges. Why I should pay visit charges now.

        I would have paid the visit charges if the service person has come with gas and ready to do the service At the same time.

        I even spoke to his superior and he was so arrogant in talking with me.

        Expecting a reply on this mail.

        I have register a complaint on LG and it's been more than a month but still not resolved. Very bad and pathetic service. Even some employees don't talk nicely.
        Ac is not working after electric supply also and after checking electricity on supply by tester it is showing electric on main wire of ac

          I baught an LG 43' TV from Qatar with international warranty on July 1st 2016.

          I took this tv to India by paying customs duty at Cochin International Airport.

          My device got complaint on April 2017 with In warranty.
          My brother submited for repair request through LG Android Application on April 2017. LG & their 3rd party maintenance team contacted & promised him that They will resolve it once they got some spare parts, same time they strongly requested him to let them close the Ticket number as it will be problem for them due to delay of resolving. Repair manager promised him that they will resolve it before 21st May 2017. Unfortunately they failed to resolve it till date (29/05/2017)

          After the 1st complaint, we put other 2 more complaint & they are making us very much disappointed. It is very bad & unluckey situation as we bought and start using a new LG device.

          Kindly request you to please do the needful for us as we are sitting infront of a high priced 'not working' LG TV with an Inwarranty too.

          Service centre manager promised us that they will resolve it before 21st may 2017, still not resolved.
          Service manager requsted us to allow for close the 1st complaint as it goes delay to resolve by they failed to resolve it.

            We purchased an split invertor a/c model no jsq18spacd on 8-apr-2017. After lot of phone calls, all made by us, and follow ups, we got a demo on 7-may-2017. It was found that the a/c was consuming more than 1 unit within just have an hour. Again lot of phone calls, multiple follow ups, but this time not a single technician from the lg support team had come to inspect or investigate to find the cause of such a steep raise. Further these extra ordinary [censor] from lg keep on passing the mobile numbers and asking the customer to do the follow ups. Many a times, they dont even lift their phones, and we have to use other mobiles to call them and explain. Kishore, ganpapathi, senthil, are names of highly irresponsible people involved. Earlier raised complaints are cnp[protected] and cn[protected]. Kindly provide a replacement of our ac.
            Its not working properly and getting sounds while drying and the circuit board is getting heat sooner
            Dear sir,
            We have a lg led tv 22" purchased in ongole store. Now we have a problem regarding the speakers. Speakers are not working properly. Pls send us the relevant service person to solve the issue. We were repeated customers of lg, pls resolve this asap.

              As per improper behaviour by LG electronics service centre staff i am writing this complaint.
              On 27th may 2017 i visited the service centre at satpur nashik. Inspite of being under warranty of my phone LG K7 the staff said it is not possible because the battery terminal is scratched the staff behaviour was quite arrogant and rude i hope for cooperation.

                This is to inform you that i have parched a vacuum cleaner through aditya vision, darbhanga, bihar on dated 22nd may’17 and that time they (Someone in shop) confirmed that tomorrow there will be demo call at your residence but still i am waiting for demo. And for that i have contacted several times with soap (Aditya vision) & your service centre but despite of that till now issue is not solved.
                Your service centre ([protected]) given me the number of mr manoj ([protected]) and i had contacted with him in between 12 pm to 12:30 pm and that time he confirmed me that i will come approx 2 hours but till now he hasn’t come and for your kind information his behaviour is also not acceptable by customer like me. Then i contacted with hod ([protected]) but again no initiative was taken.
                So now you suggest me what should i do on urgent basis, otherwise i will registered my complain in consumer forum.

                Note - i won’t be available in darbhanga next 2 days, that’s why i have contacted several time and told him (Service centre & mr manoj) regarding my non-availability but despite of that they ignore.

                  I had the 42la660s model tv for 3-4 years.. Today coming home i found the tv upside down free from its support upside down on the carpet.. It was fine and all but the tv panel (Screen) itself is completely broken and not working now.. It will cost me almost as the tv itself to repair it or i have to buy another now.. Isn't it the manufacturer's fault that this happened? I will take this to court as its my understanding that it is a common problem and the company is not taking responsibility for it.

                    I own lg double side refrigerator whoch had started giving cooling problem... Logged a complaint 4days back..1st person visits and cleans back size of refrigerator and take 800bucks of service. No resolution... Next days other technician comes and tells about gas issue.. No response on 3rd day..4th day person comes fills the gas and took money 2600bucks.. When asked bill.. He puts 1500bucks for gas charging and remaining for repair. My spouse has already debated for 2600bucka for gas charging but he said "itna hota he" but did not mention in the bill.

                      We have purchased LG AC machine Model No.LG SAC JS-Q18WTXD on 23.4.2017 from LG Shopee, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. The AC Machine defective piece was supplied or not properly installed, no cooling was there. Complaint regestered with the service center (toll free no). The service engineers were attended but cannot rectified. Now they informed they will exchange the AC machine but it will take time. It is very much pain full to have purchased the AC machine for Rs.40, 000/- and there is no happy. By the time they exchange the machine the rainy season will come.
                      Hence, I request you kindly instruct your service manager of Vizianagaram Branch to do it immediately within two/three days and advise your company sales and marketing personnel to do no supply defective pieces.

                        My device is Nexus 5X on the latest stock firmware
                        (7.1, I believe). It is not rooted, the bootloader not unlocked, pure.

                        The circumstances of the boot issue are rather odd.
                        I was typing a message in Hangouts using Gboard and
                        misspelled a word. Right before correcting it, the
                        device froze absolutely, did not respond to anything.
                        I force rebooted it and it went into boot loop
                        (would reboot itself mid boot animation). Once it loaded,
                        so I opened Hangouts again to type the message.
                        The part of the message that I wrote before was already there.
                        I tapped the text field and the device froze again, same condition.

                        After it's been through a few half-cycles of booting,
                        I went into recovery mode and wiped all the data from
                        the phone. However, it did not help and seemed to make
                        the situation even worse as not it doesn't even get
                        to the boot animation, but instead turns off (does not
                        reboot anymore) after showing me the Google logo.

                          Today i have registered my complaint on customer service center complaint reference no. Rnp[protected] dated 26/05/2017 regarding my refrigerator that it is giving loud noise and vibration through compresor. So i have shut down the refrigerator.                             I had bought an lg air conditioner on 12 03 17 from chandra traders velachery chennai
                            The installation was not properly done for it the whose coming into the indoor unit was not sealed from outside
                            Because of that ac went down two times
                            When i asked the authorized service centre refimac chennai they sent service engineer to repair but the correction was again not properly done as they said the installation fault cant be corrected and i have to call
                            Installation department and i am totally upset by coordinating with them
                            They are the worst service providers and they have non professional tele calling staff who attend when i call for a complaint

                            Please check and what we can do on this.

I brought it for Rs.63500/- On May 2015 I got a shade kind of issue on my TV. When I contacted the customer care they told they will send a technician to check it up. The technician who came to check it told the complaint is due to a damaged chip in the panel of the TV. After that I contacted LG again and after a month time I got response...

                              I have registered a complaint RNP[protected] on 1st May. Had a agent visiting on 4th May.He told some one else will contact me for further process. Post 5 days one person called me to inform the part is delayed.Finally i receive washing machine body and spin motor, after installing they said there is another part needs to be replaced. Service Lead / Manager Bharath who is not responsive, Outsourced service guy i believe . Now its 25 days my machine is dead and no update. Never an LG Product

                                With reference to the above mentioned subject, here by we would like bring to your notice that today lg technician, mobno:[protected] visited our place to repair lg washing machine the reason i didnt mention technician's name is because he refuced to tell his name and refuced to give his office number even he was not ready to show his id card. Coming to the concerned issue he has replaced the tube in washing machine and said his work is over and needs payment. We said, we need to check the machine whether its working properly or no??? So we told him to wait for 10minutes but he was not ready to wait at all and he was getting into argument then we had a doubt that is he really a lg technician??? Bcz lg technicians behave in a very soft & high manner. From past 10yrs we are a lg customer but we never had such a bad experience with a person like this. After getting doubt we asked his name, he refuced to tell his name. We were asking for his id card, he said he will not show his id card and he removed the fixed tube from washing machine and left frm our place and he entered into our neighbour's house and he was explaing to them that "i came for repair i had fight with customer and etcccc". We are shocked and wondering that does lg's technician behave in that manner??? Misbehaving with customer and entering neighbour's house and telling all these is really sick. We are worrying that why had we purchased lg product. This kind of employees will be a big disaster for lg brand. Kindly, i request to take action on the concerned person so that in future like me no person will get hurt by lg.

                                  I have been chasing the lg customer service since more than a month now,
                                  1. They are just saying motherboard will be vaialbale wait
                                  2. They are giving me 50% worth back and asking me to buy another lg phone with that.

                                  - i dont want to wait any more for the motherboard as its been so many days not sure whether the replaced one will work for more than few months.
                                  - i have bought the phone on 1st jan 2017 and after 1 year 3 months the phone is not working. I paid 30 thousand rupees to use a 30k worth quality phone and they are now expecting me to use 15k midiocre phone.
                                  1) i dont want a lg phone again after this bad customer service
                                  2) why should i use a mediocre phone when i have paid 30k rupees.

                                  I have registered a complaint to consumer court but still no satisfactory response.
                                  I atleast need 60 to 70% of my phone's worth back as soon as possible.
                                  The poeple from service centre are not responding properly, its like a mental harassment while talking to them.
                                  I am facing all these problems because of lg manufacturing defect not my mistake still no help from them

                                  Today i got a call from lg saying that i will have to pay 4k for my screen extra...first they said that they will give 50% worth my phone back in the form of lg phone and now this is new that they are asking for more 4k for screen. I am not going to pay any extra money as first motherboard stopped working the phone went into a bootloop on google screen and after sometime the google screen also stoped apearing .Its not my fault that all this happened to my phone its totaly lg manufacture defect.

                                  All this is really very very frustrating.please give us the solution asap...its been so many days...i am struggling with lg company just because i have paid 30k for a phone which is 1.3 yr old and i am not going to take all this

                                    I have booked a complaint for my LG refrigerator 340L, double door on22.5.17 with the consumer customer care no.[protected] and it was noted by them. They have sent their representative that day who has found out the defect and informed me that the fridge to be taken to their service centre by a vehicle and to be serviced there. The representative promised that they would do the needful on that day itself.. In spite of repeated request over phone, they are yet pick up the fridge and todo the repair service and their response to me is very poor. I made a complaint to their customer care Manager also but nothing not even a notification at what date and time they could attend my complaint is done

                                      We had bought GC-B217BPJV model and We started having a problem on 11 May 2017 where the refrigerator stopped cooling.

                                      We registered a complaint RNP[protected] on 12th May 2014. LG service man first attended the case post 3-days after multiple calls.
                                      He said PCB board need to change cost is 4500 I said ok after multiple call he came on 20th May, but that PCB is the different model so he went back. next after 2 days he again came and change the PCB board but again fridge not working then he told me Compressor also gone so we need to change. after that, he is not picking my calls.

                                      Today is 12th day and still, my fridge is not working

                                      After several (at least 50 calls) LG customer care said AAP NISHCHINT RAHO AAPKA KAAM JUJD SE JULD HO JAYEGA.
                                      But after 12 days no cold water in my Home in the hot summer time. Thanks, LG to provide this type of service.
                                      Local Service center not answering the phone. Worst service in my life.
                                      I don't know where should I go and complaint. Now we are at a stage where we cannot take it anymore. I will go to any level to ensure it is addressed. The first attempt is by sending this email.
