I have purchased lg uhd 65 inch tv during june 2015. With 2 yrs warranty.
The problem started from day one. The package received was without the table mounting screws (Which raised doubt in my mind whether the same is the display pence which war in the store)
Post one year of purchase the display panel went blank and got the same replaced by the company as i the tv was in warranty period.
Exactly after 11 months of panel replacement, same issue occurred again and again company was courteous enough to replace the same. But never took the effort to understand why the same issue occurred again on may 2017. While asked for amc, the local service engineer assured that there is one year warranty for the panel, but there was not even a receipt for replacement handed over to me. Now, exactly after 7 month, in dec 2017, again the same problem occurred and the company personnel bluntly says there is no warranty and has to be replaced at cost. While the company had extended 50% discount, i wanted to know why the commitment is not honored.
Why is the same problem occuring again and again.
For a faulty manufactured piece, why am i getting penalized. Was this information helpful? |
