I have a refrigerator that is still under warranty. I have been trying for over a month to get this fixed. The compressor is bad and this was identified by a repair tech. I have been getting a run around from different customer service individuals telling me to call here and there and no one seem to know what the hell there doing. I WILL NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO EITHER.
