[Resolved] LG Electronics — Refrigerator

I purchased a refrigerator in the month of Dec. since then i registered 4 complaints for excessive ice in ice box and no cooling in referigrator. Daily our eatables are getting destroying due to no cooling. Even after visiting by technician and disussed with your customer care head no solution is provided and they are stick to their point that their product is ok.
