[Resolved] LG Electronics — Refrigerator

Refrigerator compressor conked off within warranty leading to mother board damage. 9 days after raising complaint, 8 days after technician visit, multiple emails to CEO India & Customer Service Head later, a customer care executive asks me to find out the status of my complaint by calling the third party service centre which has been handed my case!
Would u ever want to be scammed so by a multinational? I wouldn't!
