LG Electronics — refrigerator cooling problem

I have been facing problem in my refrigerator . And from last month till today my problem is not solved. From last month till now there have been six repair, and yet the problem is not. This time I don't want any repairi want complete replacement of that cooling part. I m highly disappointed with service. Want an immediate action over the issue, as soon as possible.
