LG Electronics — Refrigerator delivered with Packaging Seal Broken, and Carton Cut open from Bottom hence the delivered goods has no credibility and authenticity

This is to bring to everyones kind notice that I have purchased an expensive Side by Side Door, GC-B247SLUV Refrigerator from LG’s Authorised Dealer : Khosla Electronics, Kolkata, India on 20/03/2017, Invoice Date : 21/03/2017, Invoice No : 2924/1617/12648.

However the Refrigerator delivered on 21/03/2017, eveningwas with Packaging Seal Broken, and Carton Cut open from Bottom hence the delivered goods didn’t had any credibility and authenticity of genuineness and hence the product was not at all trustworthy, and hence could’t be termed as a NEW Product and hence was not at all fit to be used on ground of being Old / Used / Seconds / Damaged / Counterfeit / Fake / Demo piece.
The same was immediately raised with the dealer over call, but they misbehaved and abused over the call. Then a complaint over e-mail was sent to the Dealer and LG Customer Care.
Next day on 22/03/2017 an official complaint was made to dealer by a complaint letter. Later by Customer Care Helpline, I got the number of Debduti Chakraborty, Customer Care head, Mb :. I called her and informed the case and sent the photographs of the received product and also the video of the product getting unloaded outside our premises before delivery, wherein it was evident that the delivered product was not company sealed product.
On 23 March 2017, Rana Dutta from LG after calling us has visited our residence to verify whether we have received genuine company Sealed Product or not and he has also taken several photographs from every angle and also enquired about the 02 numbers of straps and also took photographs of the bill.
Till now I have already placed my concern verbally as well as in writing to LG’s prominent concerned officials in Kolkata, India.

As already conveyed, the delivered product is lying idle, without Installation in the same condition and it has been already about a month that I am without a running Refrigerator in this hot summer. My foods are getting rotten due to high temperature and we neither have cold water to drink nor to offer to our guests and that just because of LG, India carelessness and deliberate negligence.
Please note that it has been about a month time and here in LG India (Kolkata), nobody is at all bothered to take any action against the misdeed ofit’s Authorised dealer, Khosla Electronics (who only Promotes LG’s Rival brand), wherein it is very much evident by way of proof that they indulging in unfair trade practice and cheating customers thereby also maligning the Brand Image and Goodwill of LG. LG’s Management Policy in India doesn’t seem to be in sync with LG’s Global policy as here in India it is very much Employee Centric - Employee Friendly and Dealer Oriented which leaves no importance for the Customers and hence they we are mistreated. Here, in India Job Description need to be redefined as currently there is no clear policy to deal with Customer Grievances. LG is investing Billions to have a Market share in India but it’s really pity that some of the employees in association with Dealers and your Competitors are deliberately harassing and disturbing the Customers so that they are is forced to move towards the Rival Company.
