[Resolved]  LG Electronics — refrigerator/ gl-t402 rpzu. dpzzebn/ not working

Last year purchased freeze is not working. While calling customer care no.[protected], they refused to register complaint and said that they can't register due to heavy calls at their end. And since yesterday telling that "someone" will call me back and take my complaint. But nobody calls. There could be a problem of compressor which is under 10 years warranty and that could be the reason, lg is not responding.
Purchase invoice no. 871/ dated 29th january, 2018.

There is no proper response yet on my complaint and no firm solution provided. Whole customer service team seems making a joke to me on the name of service.

1st no response - no complaint number provided while calling on toll free number and literally denied to give me complaint number.

2nd no proper service analysis done by service personnel from local LG service team - 1st person tells GAS issue and need re-filling of gas and 2nd person who came for filling gas says compressor issue. then why such service person who is having no or mediocre knowledge being sent for service.

3rd - now after identification of compressor issue, not getting new compressor though it is in warranty and even service manager (Mr. Dinesh Patel[protected] is not responding calls, calling him more than 40- 50 times at first instance. Service personnel told it would arrive on 14th morning to the LG stores, Ahmedabad and today he says, it will come on 17th.

Are you serious about services? Or taking your customers granted?????

DO you have an idea, that I am having infant baby and depending on this refrigerator completely?

Please replace the refrigerator immediately if you don't have compressor in stock. Or provide spare refrigerator with same capacity immediately without any further delay.

and also provide compensation of being harassed by your whole service body.

received new compressor yesterday and installed the same. Please provide full Root Cause Analysis of the faulty compressor - why it got failed within 14 months of installation?

Also, because of 1) delay in service and 2) not allowed to go for outside services - we have suffered severely during these 10 days. Need compensation of the same. It was clearly blackmailing from LG service team that I had to wait for new compressor and to be attended by you only or else warranty would be null and void on whole refrigerator, which made my infant baby to suffer severely and also whole my family in this peak summer season of 44 degree centigrade temperature.

so, please revert back ASAP with 1) RCA within 7 days starting 15th April, 2019 2) Compensation details along with service charges paid

Yet no response over my complaint. And seems you have closed my complaint without any approval from myside (customer). the new compressor is not working perfectly and seems, duplicate item rather than originally company fitted compressor. It is not enough cooling things.
If you can't provide services, please do not sell your appliances in India.
