Respected consumer compliant team,
We have purchased lg split ac (1.5 ton) in jun-2014 in hyderabad, it is said that compressor is having 5 year replacement warranty. But after lg ac team checking it, now they are saying that you do not have 5 year warranty and cannot replace it.
I am much worried that 5 year is going to complete by june-2019.
In this regard, i request you kindly take up this with lg and do the justice

By Referring above, we have already raised couple of complaints in the past 4 years.
The latest one is since 1 month and one of your Manager (from Hyderabad ) is very much of aware of this complaint.
Kindly track the required details with the Model # in the attachment and do the needful soon.

Truly, we are very much worried about all these delays in addressing the issue and it is happening since 4 year .
We hope, it should be fixed within the given warranty period.
