I having new LG frize 190L vadodara cities today have someone call to[protected] her Name Bhavesh local service provider but he talk to very rude and worst he no have sense to talk a Girl he was edited to continue call back to back I'm very disappointed to here service and feel to bad why we r choices LG also have lots of options to take it

    refrigerator/ gl-t402 rpzu. dpzzebn/ not working

    Last year purchased freeze is not working. While calling customer care no.[protected], they refused to register complaint and said that they can't register due to heavy calls at their end. And since yesterday telling that "someone" will call me back and take my complaint. But nobody calls. There could be a problem of compressor which is under 10 years warranty and that could be the reason, lg is not responding.

    I bought lg inveter ac on 12th april 2018. This is the 10th time i made complaint to lg and they are not taking it seriously.ac is not working at all and service man always say that ac gas is leaking. They are not giving me replacement and forcing me to take 13000 insurance. I am widow lady with no income and i spent alot to bought this ac and sevice station is not helping me at all, request to take immediate action on lg.       We have taken 2 lg 1.5 ton 5 star split air conditioners model number ks-q18pwzd each cost rs 41500 on march 7th in bajaj electronics visakhapatnam.
      We have purchased them through hdfc credit card as merchant promised us that there will be 5 percent cash back and also absolutely zero percent interest on emi mode. Trusting their words, we have taken two ac's through emi mode. 9 months emi 4610 per month. Now in our credit card bill, hdfc is asking to pay 4824 including interest amount. I am not getting any help from bajaj and lg stores in vizag. We have taken ac only after merchant promising that lg products have zero interest free on credit cards. Now we should pay total rs 1926 as interest amount for one ac product. Please do the needful.

        Lg oled tv panel gone bad in 18 months. Its covered by reliance extended warranty coverage. I am behind lg and reliance for the last 5 weeks but still no resolution. Though reliance insurance is covering the panel replacement cost but very poor response from lg. The seems liked closed my case by some very poor irresponsible customer service engg (Service manager is vijay). My patience is running out and will file a complain with indian national consumer court if not resolved immediately.

          I purchased lg washing machine 80bkf21p on 15 december'13.
          I have complaint on your customer on 24 march '19 regarding drain problem in machine. Complain no is - rpn[protected]. Service engineer checked machine on 25th march'19 and told pcb board is not working and pcb board is not available in service center (Unique electronic panchkula). Service engineer told pcb board will be arrange 3-4 days but10 days has left and my machine is not ok yet.
          I have 10 year warranty card but useless.
          I have purchased lg ac and refrigerator also but this type of poor service not got in past.
          Kindly resolve this issue on priority.

            I purchased my LG double door refrigerator in July 18. After 3-4 months o[censored]se it creates irritating noise. Then I complaint about it in LG customer service. After that the noise is low but again after 2-3 months it creates more noise than previous. I again complaint in LG customer service. This time technician told that this is normal because this refrigerator has big motor and this sound will come and didn't do any repair. It's very difficult to sleep in night because of sound. My refrigerator is in warranty. Either repiar it or replace it.

              We have purchased lg split ac (1.5 ton) in jun-2014 in hyderabad, it is said that compressor is having 5 year replacement warranty. But after lg ac team checking it, now they are saying that you do not have 5 year warranty and cannot replace it.

              I am much worried that 5 year is going to complete by june-2019.

              In this regard, i request you kindly take up this with lg and do the justice

                We have purchased lg dual inverter ac on 16th march and was fitted on 21st march. And lg is advertising as same day delivery and same day installation. And after it got installed if we run the ac for 3 hours also the room is not getting cooled and an error ch 38 is displayed and is getting inoperative until we switch off the power. Bought the new one with trust in lg but got very much disappointed with this and i need an immediate action on this. I want a trained technician to look after this...

                  Lg service is horrible. After continuously calling them for the past 3 days to come and repair the fridge but still no response. The fridge is under warranty and they have all the details of the purchase in their system but just because we lost the bill they said we will have to pay for the part, we had no choice and agreed to pay for the part but still no response from their end. They just keep giving different numbers but nobody is responding. Horrible service. Buy lg products at your own risk

                      LG's after sales service is third class. Have used #Voltas AC in past and have not experienced any such issue.

                      I've been trying to get my AC serviced since yesterday and till today they made no progress on my ticket.

                      Contacted LG's customer care 4 times and finally got service guy number - out of two numbers, one is switched off and other is not in service.

                      I am deeply disappointed with #LG

                      Never buy #LG India products, if you want to save yourself from the pain and mental harrasment caused by their after sales services.

                        I have a 687 ltrs double door refrigerator, whose doors got dented in transit. I approached lg customer care and registered a complaint on 8 march 2019. They sent mr neeraj ([protected]) to check the refrigerator at my residence in ghaziabad. I paid rs 295 as visit charges. He sent me a quotation by email thru my kartar singh ([protected] kartar. [protected]@lgepartener. He quoted rs 12014 as the cost of replacement of both doors in his email dt 10 march 2019.
                        I have been ringing up mr. Neeraj and mr kartar several times and sent email also to get the doors replaced on payment.
                        I have not got any date from them when the doors will be replaced.
                        Such lackadaisical and irresponsible attitude of the officials of lg is tarnishing the reputation of lg which is built over the years.
                        I request you to please pass instructions to get the doors replaced at the earliest.

                        CH38 error LG AC since we bought it. It stops working and doesn’t start. We called customer care many times. They mention that there is a gas leak. They repair it and the AC works temporarily. It again stops after few days. Fed up of this nonsense. It has consumed our time and money. We need a replacement.

                          Hi,

                          I brought lg ac on 27/03/2019, today 30/03/2019 i had been at home for installation and the process has not yet completed due to hole drilling issue. Service team tried drilling the hole but not able to and asked us to see for any drilling persons without letting us know about their in-house drilling people availability and they left the process b/w saying have it drilled and will come in 1 hour at 5 in the evening without any responsibility. Now my rooms got dusty. And i have waited for more 2 hours and called them but no show off. At 8.30, now they picked my call telling to me wait till tomorrow and we will process remaining installation will start by 11 am. Is this the service lg providing to clients.

                          It is very very experience lg service..

                            Dear sir madam

                            I had asked for lg washing machine repair through the customer care toll free number. They recorded my address and within 30 minutes i got a call from a lg technician. He represented help squard online services. The office is based in bangalore yeshwantpur area. I do have the receipt along with the address.

                            Lg technician had inspected the machine asked for mother board repair. He came back after two days and fixed the mother board, charged rs.4475. We asked him to show how the problem is resolved he said he was in a hurry to visit someone and took the money. He also said that we could use the machine from next day as he has put the scale removal powder. When we tried the machine, the problem was not at all addressed. We called him he said he will come in the evening from 5 march 2019 he hasn’t turned up neither he is receiving our calls and whatsapp messages. We tried calling the customer care of lg they are saying we cannot help, you need to get it resolved with the technician. Again next day when i called the customer care they now refused that they have send him for repair. They are saying he is not our technician. When i asked how then he got my home address to reach my home they just hanged the phone and now are not picking my calls.

                            Kindly help i was traveling extensively due to my office work. I was about to lodge a police complaint but thought of writing to consumer redressal forum to see what can be done. Looking forward to see the problem resolved at the earliest.

                              We purchase a single door refrigerator in jun 2018 after purchase with in month our compressor get changed by company due to fault after that with in month his gas get chocked and again they take it to service centre and repair it. After again with in month gas get leaked and when we refused to repair it and demand to change the defective product company representative mr raman and pardeep call from company and said that if after this repair if any problem occred with in warrenty period they change the product. New again the same problem comes in the product and new when we demond to change the defective product service centre representative mr. Raman refused to do the so and said we only repair it and not to replace this defective product.

                                I lodged a complaint about my refrigerator on 23rd march. The light panel was not working. But the cooling was fine. I didnt get any email or any sms regarding the same. After rigorous follow up the the technician came from best electronics service centre at 7:30 after making me wait for several hours. He was checking the fridge while i was around. He said the duct was damaged. I asked how - he said during moving or it was mishandled. He said it cant be repaired and you will have to put new panel all together. And took 300 rupees charge from me and left saying he will give a call next morning. After he left the cooling in fridge and temperature setting buttons stopped working. On 26th morning he said duct panel is not available as company has stopped making it and asked me to call customer care as he cannot do anything. I called customer care - they said they cant do anything. On pressing they gave me number of sarita pandey. When i called her she took mr rajan on call and he said he will try his best and writing to lg company and will get back latest by that evening. Its been 2 days i didnt hear from them. Sarita pandey is not responding my calls and messages. Service centre & customer care say they cant do anything... So i called a reputed appliance store as i have been suffering. He came and made me show that the wire inside the panel had been unplugged and hence temperature setting button had stopped working. I was shocked. He said everything with my fridge was fine. No issue except light panel is not working. He also said only company can provide that.
                                I have all lg electronics with me & used & maintained in superb condition. But everytime installation or any issues comes - the company & service centre takes advantage and sucks money out of customers pockets. My ac installation costs me 1/4th the price of the ac itself.

                                The refrigerator service guy turns out to be crook, unplugs and tells me i need to buy a new duct all together.
                                Its a 4 year old purchase & company stops manufacturing the parts? Why only to buy old refrigerator for peanut price & aer twist me this way to buy your new product. Cause anyway fridge not in working condition cant be sold anywhere else.

                                The company, your service centres are pathetic, they are cheating the customers and i will not sit silently.
                                If i do not get a redressal in 48 hours. I am going to take an action will not be good for your company.

                                  Hi

                                  I am referring to my previous two ticket no raised with lg - rnp[protected] and rnp[protected].

                                  Please check the attached images, lg washing machine washed the cloths for one hour. After i put the cloths in to normal bucket of water you will see how lg machine working.

                                  I have been continuously followed with lg customer care team and explained the washing machine issues to every attenders. Finally i got received an response from mr. Eshwaran - customer care executive on 25 mar 19. He gave me mr. Subramanian contact no chennai in charge and i was instructed to contact informed me mr. Subramanian will resolve your issues.


                                  I called mr. Subramanian the same day and given the details and i came to know i been already spoke to him week before, as soon i completed my talk he asked to whom you have spoken in lg customer care and share me the ticket number i will inform my technician will come and check.

                                  I have shared the details in sms immediately. I called him 26 mar 19 evening he rejected my call and replied 'in meeting will reply tomorrow'. I called him again 27 mar 19 and he rejected my call, replied "checked with technical team they are not able to support as the machine is not having problem". Please note : there is no technician person visit my home and mr. Subramanian simply send sms and deny to support me.

                                  Note : there is no technician visited my home after his word.
                                  I asked to mr. Subramanian did you asked to your technician asked about the washing quality? Till now he didn't reply to me.

                                  Hope everybody an understand about lg - team

                                  Please help me have spent my money and i am been begging to lg people refund for my money. But i am not getting support / help.

                                  I am being pushing in to mental anxiety because.
                                  Would really helpful if someone can help me.

                                    I bought split airconditioner (Ac) on 27 apr 2017 of lg electronics. It's a inverter ac. Since i bought this product, i didn't use this regularly. Every time this is giving a problem. It's not giving cooling effect. When i complaint about this issue with company, they are not responding properly instead they are insisting on repair charges of rs.9000/- with out telling the defects. Company has routed through some out sourced service centre and they are mainly insisting upon the charges. As the product warranty is 05 years it's company responsibility to to get it rectify. Also i came to know through local mechanic, this. Lg model of ac is failure model, lg should come out with the facts and get the rectification for existing such sold products. Can i get the proper solution for this.

                                      I have purchase lg split ac on 17.03.2018. They said they are providing 2 free services for 1 year. But for both the free services are not satisfied and we have paid 500 rs for each service. Today 1 technician came for service to my home and he not even do a single work. Without completing his work he went from our home.. He shouted my mother as well. She is a heart patient but the guy was very harshly shouted her because of him she afraid. This is not a proper way to speak with the customer. And both the free services are very bad. I have called to the lg manager as well. He also speak in the same manner.                                       Technicians are coming and just look for the issue on the AC. They well planned to get money from the customer. I have raised call for 2nd free service. When I called to them the warranty period is not expired. But they waited for 2 weeks then came for the service and they said your warranty period expired and need to pay for this service. Totally forgery.
