[Resolved] LG Electronics — Refrigerator Has not been working for a month now

I started this claim on Christmas December 25 it is now February 1 and I still do not have my refrigerator repaired or replaced. This is absolutely not acceptable. All this is because of a recall on my refrigerator because LG wanted to be cheap and switch out metal products for plastic and I am paying the price for it. It took almost 3 weeks to get a service person to my house. Once they came to my house they had to make two different appointments to try to fix the problem. It’s finally determined that it cannot be fixed. It’s going through one service provider that took the call from another service provider and it’s a lot of back-and-forth between three different people to get an RA approved. Replacement approval. Now I finally have the paperwork to LG that the fridge and now the RA phone number line is down and the only thing I can do is call back. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. We are a family of five living out of a mini fridge in a deep freezer and coolers and I cannot speak to any supervisors. I would like someone to call me back immediately to try to fix this problem and get me a refrigerator sent out today. At this point you can just refund me my money and I will go buy a new one and it will not be an LG because your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life.
