My refrigerator has a problem and we raised a complaint in lg customer care (Complaint no. Rna[protected], they directed the problem to delear near my place chennai avadi. Ar electronics. They serviced the fridge and said we need to change the freeze switch which will cost around 900 and we have given money with proper bill and the guy who attended havent turned up and we directly went to dealer place and asked for it they are not aware of that the problem. The service engineer was very rude in answering, his name is gopi from ar electronic, avadi chennai. Now the fridge is not working and after our escalation they came and replaced the switch. Again its not work. Please take this a serious issue and take action on the concern dealer. It very bad when a branded company giving the dealership to the people like him and losing the brand value.
