This problem has been going on since Oct 2021.
I had issues with my refrigerator not working that was under warranty.
The parts were ordered nut never came in.
Because of that you were supposed to issue me a refund of $2031.00
I still don't have the refund, you have taken my information. I can't count the number of times I have given you my home address. Somebody contacted me that the RA department didn't have my address, which I verified. That was Wednesday Dec 14, 2021. I still don't have a check! What I do have is a refrigerator, that doesn't work, that I am going to have to figure out how to dispose of.
I have been patient, but now I am going to do what I said before. I am going to post on any media I have access to about how bad your customer service is, and to spread the word to everyone I know now to buy your product.
