Dear Sir
I had bought an Nexus 5 on 09.01.2014. But the same has gone
unserviceable on 05.02.2014 within one month of purchase. I had visited Auth
Service Centre Tech Solutions on the same day and they promised me to repair
the set within two days as they did not have the spares and asked me to visit
after two days. When I went to collect my handset I was told that spares have
not come kindly come after two days. Then I visited the Centre after three days
on 10.02.2014, again I was told that spares have not come, come after three
days. I then contacted SH Rishabh Jain ASM Service, He also asked me to come
after three days. Kindly advise me how many three days more will it take to get
my handset back. What was my fault to buy a handset of LG make.Kindly arrange to resolve the issue immediatley
