LG Electronics — replacement of led

I have purchase led feb2017 but led not working since 24days. I have lodge a complained 30jun 2017 but my complained not resolve yet and service center executive are not picking up the phone even if they are picking up phone then they are saying we are not having part or this type of model led. At last i have to use this form to raise my voice against you. Please resolve this issue otherwise i have publish my complained on my co operative folder which will be seen by each and every friends and my locality and that will effect you alot.
