Request No: RNP[protected], RNP[protected] LG service representative confirmed, LG refrigerator not working due to Compressor (10 years warranty) and Board failure. Customer support provided the contacts ASM and SM but they are not responding to the calls. Ch.Kalyan Srinivas (ASM) - [protected] S Vijay (SM[protected] Item: LG 471 L GL-T502FPZU Purchase date: 20/04/2019 LG service is delaying providing the refund. Kalyan Srinivas (ASM) is rude and provides the worst service. He doesn't even know the process of DP. I didn't expect this kind of support from LG. LG is trying to frustrate the customers without resolving the customer problems.
