Ref. : job no. rna[protected] — Taking inspiration from hon’ble prime minister mr. narendra modi’s ‘make in india’ slogan and considering the necessity of a smartphone in today’s fast-paced lifestyle, i the undersigned smt. sujata s. kadam purchased an lg smart phone on 03.06.2016. model: lgk332. aindtn. However, it is deeply regretted to state that on 02.07.2016 i. e. barely within a month of its purchase, the display screen started malfunctioning. on approaching the customer care centre at lower parel on 02.07.2016, the problem persisted even in the presence of your engineer ms. jyoti ghanekar. hence, the handset was retained by her for observation and repairs. A product from your esteemed organization needing such major repairs to the display screen within a month of its purchase is extremely disgraceful for the reputation of your organization. it is requested that the said defective handset be replaced and new handset be provided immediately as you will appreciate that an efficient smartphone is an absolute necessity especially for a marketing professional. You are once again requested to replace the defective handset and provide a fresh handset of the same make, else the undersigned will be compelled to approach the consumer court for redressal and this complaint will be treated as a notice for redressal under the consumer protection act.
