Moreover manager neglect my complaint on the basis that they dont visiting to onsite without visiting charges.

This mail is with reference to my lg refrigerator model no. Gl-275vf5, double door was purchased on 22 october, 2011.
Actually in the first 2 years, it was worked good, the performance was up to mark, but after then the small small problems occurring.
But this time the fridge is totally down, the problem is it dont produce cooling.
So, kindly provide the engineer asap, and this will bring to your notice that i will ready only to bear the part cost except this i will not in a condition to pay any visiting charge and all.
Aside to all superiors, please look into this matter.
