I had purchased a side by side refrigerator from lg electronics with water and ice dispenser, it stopped dispensing ice after a few months And even after many many repeated complaints our local lg engineers
Couldn't make it work.
No one better has come till now.moreover one of them has made some changes due to which our refrigerator cooling part has also been affected.
This kind of thing has really made us hate lg electronics . I would sincerely advice not to go for lg products.

    We had purchased refrigerator, led and washing machine from your company in the year 2014. Over the refrigerator it was written that "no satbliser required". But now it has not been two year that refrigerator is not working and your engineer had detected that pcb board is to replaced because of power fluctuation and it will cost round rs 4000/-. I just request that the company that not to misguide people just for selling your product. For this expense who is responsible company and it is very difficult to manage such type of sudden expenses. Request the company to change the pcb board and also not label the fake promotional features over the product which a company cannot provide. Please contact [protected].

      I had purchased lg micro oven mj3283bkg on 27.04.2014 worth rs.26500/- with addtitional 2 yrs extended warranty period apart from the regular 1 yr warranty. We had purchase it when we were staying in jayanagar. It was working fine till april 2016, but from that month the oven the temprature display board stopped showing the output of temperature and we immediately inquired with the vendor devi international from whom we have bought the oven, they inturn asked us to do online complaint request to lg support and we did it on 21.04.2016 and on 22.04.2016 lg representative mr. Ateeq pasha attended the complaint and said that the panel board has gone and that he would replace it after getting it from lg head office by 10-15 days time. We stopped using the oven. He charged us rs.286 for his service. After repeated follow up he came with a board which was not fitting in to the over which we had. Again he requested for some time to get the right one and said that this time if the doesnt get the right panel board he assured of replacing with the new oven. Meanwhile we had shifted to a new house in rt nagar. Again we had to start up the whole process of online compaints so on & so forth. We did, complaint no 206116. Again mr. Rajshekar did all the thing what the previous representative did. But ultimately no solution. The lg is not proving the correct panel instead they assembling with bit & parts of some other ovens, which is not at all acceptable. From more than 2 months we have just kept the oven at our house which is not use after investing of huge amount rs.26500/-. If this is the service we the customers are getting in the warranty period, what about the post service. This is highly intolerable. Either you refix with new panel board and provide us with the working condition or else you buy back the oven and provide us with the new one. You tell us the difference we need to pay for it so that we will discuss with the vendor. We need the above said issue to be solved with int 10 days or else be prepared to face the severe consequences for the invonvience your company has caused us. The post sale service is tooooo bad.         I had one side by side refrigerator model No GCB207GL, purchased in AUG 2014.
        after 16 month there was no cooling and as per Service engineer gas has leaked. No reason of leakage in such short time was told to me. After another 5 month there was again no cooling. on 30th May i lodged complaint vide complaint No RNA[protected]. There was no response and on 31st may on my calling to customer support new complaint was registered vide complaint No RNA[protected]. Service engineer called me on 1st June and said again gas has leaked, reason was gas tube has fouled with cover and gas has leaked. on 4th June gas was filled but compressor did not start. On observing 5 lights on PCB he said condenser is defective and replaced the condenser. Again compressor did not start and said PCB is defective. He said it will 3 days to procure PCB which ultimately arrived on 16th June after 12 days of repeatedly follow up. There was no suitable explanation from call center and service center. on 16th he replaced the PCB and there was no cooling. He said compressor is defective. In this all experiments display unit also start malfunctioning. He suggested to send the Refrigerator to Service station for thorough check up. Again on 17th New service engineer turned up replace the PCB and could start the refrigerator. From 17th June there is no cooling in freezer section to make ice. Reported the matter to service station and till date no action is being taken.
        Please look into the matter and arrange to replace the defective refrigerator with new refrigerator as i am now convinced that it is beyond repairs. For the last 23 days i am facing problem in this peak summer season. I purchased high tech LG product thinking my life will be good which in fact become hell during last 23 days.

            Lg electronics — complaint regarding led screen manufacturer defect - priority (Consumer forum)

            Dear lg administration,
            Ir this is to bring your acknowledge that i had purchased led on 29/11/2015 from kanpur lg electronics shoppemalhotra mariampur.
            My total amount of purchase was 92300rs which includes some more appliances of home segments. My issue is this my led screen is not functioning and its panel screen is showing error while opening. Means screen is blank as your technical person visited and confirmed that it is damage from inside you have to bear the cost and says that from inside its chemical liquidation is been spread which has damaged full screen..
            But my led is in warranty condition of 1 year from lg and i got additional 1 year warranty card also from shop-owner for better services in future.
            So i just want to know that its a manufacturing fault in your product and in warranty why i will pay 19854rs/-which was asked from your service engineer and from center.
            Need your intervention on this regard. As i am a loyal customer at use only lg products in full home.

              I have a 32" lg led tv which is getting off on 18th june. I have registered an complaint with lg customer care but till now i have already register 3 complaints but didn't get service. Every time i get next day appointment but till now i can not get service.
              O please get through and resolve my problem, it is about 8 days to go and till now i suffer between 24 to 72 hours to get service with lg care.

                Purchased 49"led tv modelno:49ub700t, serial:502kcpy8r264; reg:er0123644/14; prod:thamawlh; dealer:0014318/08 whose warranty expires on 25/07/16. I have reg a complaint rna[protected] on 05/06/16 regarding appearing of white patches over a portion of screen. Technician turned up and assured panel replacement under warranty and shifted product to asia electronics westhill calicut. Later after a lapse of 30 minutes, service technician mercilessly tilted the defect into panel break and denied service under warranty. Even thought i tried to convince the fact to lg customer sevice head at calicut (Mr. Vikas), he seems to blindly support the service technician even without an enquiry of tv position tarring the customer (Me) putting all blame on me for the defect due to careless handling. To be true no external damage has caused to the product which is clearly evident from photographs and they denied to justify their the reason for the internal break of panel since the product is very safely installed inside a cabinet with all precautionsand zero chance for any minor impact on tv. If anything happened may be a lapse from the service centre afterwards. I strongly believe the complaint is due to manufacturing defect. Another sales head princy, calicut is not at all picking phone even if i repeatedly dialled to convince the matter. Such acts from from such a reputed firm like lg is a total disgrace to the customers. Kindly arrange to replace the panel under warranty giving minimum respect to a customer who trusted you. I have also mailed my grievances through official site, but no response. One call recieved from no.[protected] and he agreed that that the model i have purchased, the batch was having chronic display failure and i have recorded his voice, but he too failed to communicate the actual cause of failure and skipped away and later when i tried to contact, he placed his phone in switch off mode. Kindly arrange to make customer service little more friendly and effective. Even a footpath product saler will show more decency towards customer i think.
                No physical crack is visible on screen and still looks like a new tv. You are coming to a conclusion that the complaint is panel failure. But lg tecnicians or sm are not competent to convince the customers regarding the query. Thais why i am repeatedly asking to get me a contact number of asenior executive officer from service section who i believe could deal the matter with responsibility and commitment. But still lg arranged to reply through a low level technician or executives just for an eye wash and teasing the customer to create a pretext of grievance are getting attended and intentionally cheating the customer who spent more than half lakh rupees for your product which seems to be fake in its quality. I kindly request the hon forum to intervene and give a solution to do maintenanance free of cost under warranty

                  I brought a lg refrigerator on 17 june from ezone gip mall noida. Its a double door refrigerator which is showing problem after 2 days o[censored]sing it. Now its completely dead and not functioning since yesterday.
                  I have registered a complaint on 20 june. Engineer from lg visited and did some setting changes on 21 july. Now after 1 week of purchase the fridge is not working at all.
                  I have registered a complaint yesterday and the complaint no is rna[protected].
                  I am not able to understand why its being again and again visited by the engineer from service center.
                  This particular product is defective and malfunctioning so it should be replaced immediately.
                  May you please look into it on urgent basis.

                  Lg india do you guys really understand how will a family manage in this summer with a newly brought fridge which isnot working.
                  Engineer from your team has visited and checked the fridge. So as per him the compressor is getting heated and is not working properly. He has added his inspection comments to the above mentioned complaint no.

                    Hi..

                    I have purchased LG REF FFGC-C237JGGV AW from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd., Santacruz vide Inv. No.SAN/157623 dated 30.03.2016. The same has been delivered to us on 22.04.2016 and your person for Demo has came on 28.04.2016.

                    During his visit we came to know that freezer door is making sound and not closing properly then the Demo person (Mr. Ajmal - [protected]) checked and advised that hinges has some problem after detaching the whole door from the new Refregerator. We requested for replacement of the fridge and he advised that it will be done within a week to 10 days.

                    After 10 days we again enquired with him and then he had given his senior Mr. Pradeep's contact no. ([protected]) after contacting him he advised that approval is in waiting will update as soon as it comes. This same communication continues for around 30 days since the day of complaint or demo date. After that Mr. Pradeep gave another contact no. of his senior, Mr. Ajayan ([protected]) and after contacting him we were again given false satisfaction that we will update you within some time. Although we never gets a call back from your service centre, (located at Shop No.8, Plot No.8A, Moraj Palm Paradise, Palm Beach Road, Sector-17, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai) we continuously give a call daily as if we have not purchased a new Refregerator of around 1.0 lac and took a liability to call and get it replaced.

                    Now, nearly after 45 days of continuous follow-ups, on 17.06.2016 we got to know from Mr. Ajayan that as it’s a hinges problem it can't be replaced and only that particular part can be changed which is shocking because we were told that replacement is under process & approval is pending since last 45 days and we kept waiting for the same.

                    But as now we were so much fed up with the issue and problems our all family members are facing we agreed to do the part replacement on the given condition of no problem afterwards. We were advised that the same will be addressed latest by 21.06.2016 but from that date all persons involved in the communications have stopped picking up our calls. We also tried calling them from other phone numbers which they pick up but each time they have a single statement to say that we are in meeting and will call right back which has not come from almost 2 months of our complaint.

                    We are using LG products from last 2 decades but have never realized that the Company has such a poor Service network which only gives either false commitments or were so busy in meetings that they can’t address long suffering Consumer complaints.

                    We request you to treat the matter as Top Most Urgent and do the necessary replacement of Refregerator for which we are suffering from last 2 months.

                      I had logged a complaint about my LCD 42'' tv since it didnt have steady power.It has been 2 months and the service provided is horrible.The technicians have not been efficient and I would rate them a 0 in the service provided.We also have an LG home theatre system model number BH9530TW which had problem with the disc.That problem has also not been resolved yet.The technicians don't bother to solve the problem and it has been 2 months since we are complaining.The TV is under extended warranty.Initially the tech said that the part to be replaced was not available but didnt even bother to call and tell the time span by which it would be available.They call at their own sweet will and the outcome is problem not being resolved.Im extremely unhappy with service of LG and would never buy any other product of LG.The technicians named Keshav Pandey and OM have done a horrible job.

                      I would want my tv and home theatre system to be working fine as soon as possible.

                        I have purchased lg washing machine 4 yrs back.

                        It suddenly started giving problem in the pcb. When ever i tried to select the mode for 30 minutes the power fluctuates and it goes to another mode.

                        I tried launching complain at lg electronics customer service centre and number are not reachable and was not getting connected for hours.

                        Suddenly it got connected.
                        They guys who are sitting are also pathetic. They keep me asking question to launch the complain and took my details and the phone got disconnected. They didn't even bother to call me back.
                        Again i tried and the lg electronics customer care was not working.

                        Finally i succeeded and i go the call. The visiting charge is rs. 450 + taxex which is killing. It sound like i have been cheated buying lg washing machine.

                        Lg is a parasites sucking money from the customer through selling expensive parts, un-ethical visiting charges and manufacturing low quality electronic products.

                        The engineer finally visited my home and said the pcb needs to be replaced and can not be repaired. He said lg only does the replacement of parts and dosn't do any repair activity.

                        The cost of the pcb is rs. 4500 with only 6 mts warranty and rs. 500 labour charges for which the engineers comes and do one thing but asking customer to change the parts.

                        I would recommend to support the message as much as possible and also put on social media so no one should buy the lg products in the market and get cheated.

                          Broken new phone and terrible service.. really terrible service

                          I have had Samsung phones for the last several phones I have had through Verizon. After some issues with them I decided to try LG, the G5. I ordered it over he phone win Verizon and was sold on the monthly payment plan for the phone at $624.
                          I received the phone and was loving it. After only 21 days o[censored]sing the phone I could no longer get the phone on or off. Even from sleep mode the power button was not working. I had to touch it...

                          Actually in the first 2 years, it was worked good, the performance was up to mark, but after then the small small problems occurring.
                          But this time the fridge is totally down, the problem is it dont produce cooling.
                          So, kindly provide the engineer asap, and this will bring to your notice that i will ready only to bear the part cost except this i will not in a condition to pay any visiting charge and all.

                            Dear Lg,
                            With reference to my earlier email to you, i have got a call from LG and i came to know that i have been misguided from day 1 of my call log for my LG 55" LED TV which i had on 30th of May. Today on 23rd of may 2016, i came to know that LG doesn't have any information on their system regarding my complaint launched on 30th of may. After launching the complaint, LG's engineer (for Beed, Maharashtra-431122) visited my address and diagnosed the problem as faulty LED panel and told me that i need to order a new one and approximate estimate would be around Rs.[protected]. So i agreed to repair and asked him to order the panel for my TV and he even took Rs. 50000 in advance from me for the same. Also i had been assured from him as well as Lg serive center Aurangabad (Reliance Refrigeration) that i would get that panel in 10 days or maximum 15 days. I got this (RNA[protected] complaint number on my registered mobile number which is [protected]. But even after 15 days of not receiving my part when i called service center Aurangabad, the manager Mr. Wassam told me that due to initial unavailability of that panel it has been delayed and he also told me that now they have orderd the same from Noida and it will reach to their service center on 21st of May and immediately on second day that is 22nd of may, it will be installed. So on 21st of may when i contacted Mr. Wassam for the same, he assured mr that they have received my panel and they were arranging a separate private vehicle to send it at my address (which is beed, Maharashtra-431122) instead of the regular transport as it had already been delayed and to avoid any transport damage as it's large in size. And Mr. Wassam also assured me that it will be installed at my place immediately on Wednsday 22nd of may upto maximum 6:00-6:30pm which i didn't get.
                            So today on 23rd of may when i got contacted by Lg online grievance cell, i came to know that lg doesn't have any information regarding the complaint i have launched and after further inquiry, we came to know that the complaint number which i have received on my registered mobile mumber ([protected])
                            is wrong and it has been registered by some person Mr. Shinde from Jalna, Maharashtra. So basically other wrong complaint number has been sent to me on my registered mobile number and still i have not received my panel even after 24 days. I just talked with the Lg Regional Manager Mr. Pankaj Kulkarni and he told me that still their service center at Aurangabad has not received any such LED panel yet and i have been told the wrong information again. He told me that he is looking into the matter and he is going to contact with the service center again for the same.
                            So, this is very frustrating and unacceptable from a brand like LG. My Rs.50, 000/- have been stuck unnecessary and still my problem is as it is even after a period of almost a month.
                            So, kindly look into the matter urgently and respond to the same at the earliest. I want my problem to be solved immediately and i want a compensation from the company for misguiding me wasting my time and money.

                            With reference to my earlier email,
                            I have been contacted by LG regarding my concern and i have been told that the part for which i paid the Rs.50, 000/- in advance is not available at the company and it may take around 2 months to make it available but until now i have been told otherwise as mentioned in my earlier complaint and i have been misguided since day 1.
                            As i have already waited for almost a month i can't wait further and i demanded a compensation for the same as i have paid Rs 1.26 lacs for the product. I asked them to buy back my product and refund me the amount for the same after adjusting the depreciation. So they asked me to send the invoice copy for the same for the approval. But the email address given to me for the same is not working or wrong.(support.[protected]@lgindia.com and support.[protected]@lg.com) So hereby i am writing to you again and attaching the invoice copy for the same to be forwarded to LG.
                            Kidly look into the matter urgently and respond to the same at the eraliest.

                              My name is arindam mukherjee and number is [protected]. I have recently bought a lg tv on 14.5.2016. I am facing service issues from the beginning in my new tv. Sound is not coming out from the tv speakers & 3d auto format detection is not working. The last complaint i had lodged was on 27.5.2016. The complaint number is rna[protected] and it is still unresolved after nearly a month. Previously i had experienced very good service from lg and that is the reason that i have purchased this product from lg. But i am really shocked to experience such a poor support from lg. Specially since i have bought a new tv and facing problem from the beginning, i think company should have been responsible enough to take immediate steps to resolve this issue so that i don't have to go for any further action.

                                We are based in mumbai and below is the problem


                                This is to inform that our lg front load machine is having problems since so many months and the technicians from lg have come several amount of times with different different reasons, but still they are unable to find the actual cause of what is wrong in the machine. It is ridiculous and highly frustrating that we buy product from a well known brand and then the service guys are unable to resolve it after taking so much money and we like fools keep calling them 50 k times. I have been regretting that why did i buy lg washing machine which is just giving problems and creating mess for us. Till now lg guys have just taken our money by changing some or the other part of it and every time coming up with new reasons. 1st they changed our machine drum in which we spent almost 10 k, then they told us there is a circuit problem and took 8 k, later again we faced problems like water leakage and few more, today again they visited us and told us the circuit is not supplying enough power to the machine which was previously changed by the technicians itself and for what we had paid 8k to them already... They dont know what parts are right and wrong and what is the actual problem except for annoying and freaking our brains so after calling them for several times they kept saying that we will come and check the machine but unless we called them for 50 times in a day they dont turn up and from last few months they have been visiting us and just not able to resolve our problem. I think we have many other things to do in life except for just calling lg and screwing our brains. I will never ever buy lg products in my life and will suggest near and dear ones to not buy lg which is a brand with no proper technician and help and just taking money from customer and making money themselves. The amount i have been spending in that i could have bought a new machine and used that rather then using this machine.

                                Lg should rather provide good work and product rather then making money and fooling normal people.

                                  i would like to inform u that i purchase a lg Refrigerator model -GL-285BSPN from dated[protected] and around 4-5 moths after i found that refrigerator cooling is so down in full temperature. then i inform to dealer but he says you contact in lg company and he's giving us a toll free no. is that [protected]-[protected]. so then i will register my complaint in lg company and he will send us a mechanic for check it . mechanic says that refrigerator cooling temp. button is not working properly and he will change this part in warranty but electricity has gone and after repair refrigerator not check properly and he's gone. next day the same issue of cooling is occurred and we calling mechanic who's coming to repair this but no response from this side . i m fully dis -satisfied from lg product and service. so i hope you giving me solution for this problem as soon as possible.

                                      I had purchased an l g x – 147 bearing i m e i number [protected] / 1962 vide invoice number 460 dated 16/08/2015. But the mobile phone developed technical problems within two months such as hanging while browsing, speedy battery discharge and touchpad misfunctions. Moreover, i was unable to browse using 3g mode and the side switch also was not functioning properly. Therefore, i had contacted your service centre ‘mobile lab’ at kozhikode in november 2015. They returned the mobile after two days saying that the problems were rectified. But the phone again developed technical hitches and i had to contact the service centre in march and april 2016. The software was reinstalled twice by the service personnel but the technical snags continued.
                                      I therefore sent an e-mail to [protected]@lge.com and they directed me to contact mr. Vikas sreedharan (Area service manager) who in turn directed me to approach the service centre again. As per his directions, i entrusted my mobile again at the service centre on
                                      13/05/2016 (Job number rna[protected]. Since i didn’t get any intimation from their end for the next 15 days, i contacted them again and sought for a replacement as i was unable to use the phone properly since its purchase. But on the 19th day i was informed by the service centre executive that i was entitled only for a service only and not for a replacement.
                                      I firmly believe that the instrument supplied to me was defective and sub – standard and it was under such circumstances it had developed technical difficulties since i started using it.

                                      I have therefore lost trust in your service centre that always raises false claims. It is therefore requested that you may kindly direct your authorized personnel to initiate immediate steps
