[Resolved]  LG Electronics — RNA[protected] Microwave Not Repaired

Dear Sir / Madam, I've purchased one LG Microwave Oven (LG INTELLO WAVE GRILL MG-2381LE) on 03.08.2008. I've hardly used the microwave machine. It is almost new from interior and exterior. The problem started from 1 week ago when I'm switching on the machine the plate automatically starts rotating without pushing the timer button. I've lodged a complain where i have been told that may be there is a moisture inside the switch and i need to keep it on sun light for 2 hrs. I have done the same but nothing happened the next day again i have lodged a complain vide complain no. RNA[protected]. The service engineer came and after checking he said it cannot be resolved as the circuit inside is burnt. LG is a big brand, how come it cannot solve a simple panel if it is burnt.
