Dear lg service team,
This has reference to my lg air conditioner (Model: lsn5at3df6. Amgaudm, sl. No. 503pawk034057) which was brought in 2015 with an 4 year extended warranty on condenser (Refer attached warranty card pic) and the same was valid up to 12 april 2020.
In the month of march, 2020, i found my ac lost all its gas and not able to cool. Due to covid19 lockdown could not contact your customer care for service of the said air conditioner. Now, when finally could managed to raise a service request (Ticket no. Ccn-[protected]) through your lg customer care application.
After approx. 1 week of registering service request the technician finally visited on[protected]. After inspection and checking he informed that there is a leak in the condenser and the same need to be replaced. Approximate cost of repair would be rs. 8000.
I showed him the warranty card and explained the situation and told him to cover under warranty as repair could not be done during the lock down. But he did not accept and told that as the last date passed it can not be covered in warranty.
In view of above i request you to arrange replacement of the condenser for my ac as it could not be claimed during the covid19 situation immediately.
