I have been facing issue with my washing machine since from the day i bought it and started using it. The machine is vibrating like hell and moving from its place. We have raised this confirm several times with lg customer care and the technicians just visited my place and was not able to rectify the issue. We have kept out patience till date but now things are becoming worst in our daily lives due to this washing machine. This doesn't seems an automatic machine as it badly vibrates and moves from its place and we have to hold it very hard in every wash so that it should not leave its place. This is an very dangerous situation as it may harm us physically.

I have recently raised few request with lg team however the technicians are misbehaving with us and not answering our calls most of the time.

As per the discussion with them it seems that there is manufacturing defect and this should go for replacement.

We are in discussion with one of the staff of lg whose name is mr. Sagar. He is giving us false commitments and while asking to provide the same over the email, he just says that he will drop us an email however from last 3-4 days we are doing follow up with him and he is just not sending any email confirmation.

If this issue doesn't gets resolved i will have to take legal actions against the company and will raise this issue on various social media forums.

    Purchased a new ac and the installation has not been done till date. It has already been 4 days since the purchase and no one is responding properly. I had the idea about the worst customer support by lg but had no other option. The authorized service center people are very rude and not responding properly. Simply sitting and eating is what they comfort the most. This comes under essential service but what is the company doing keeping such kind of staff. There are thousands of jobless people outside who are desperate to earn money but these people don't see that. I understand that there is pandemic going on but you can't always give that excuse for everything and simply sit back. Learn to live with it, and if given an opportunity to help people with your work, don't lay back. See how lucky you are to atleast have a job that pay's you but also understand the reason why you are being paid and justify fir it.

        Starting this email of being in an illusion of a happy customer which has been broke by the LG team because of a product which I purchased in June 2017.

        Here by I am mentioning the details of the product which I purchased from LG.

        Product Name : LG Split Inverter AC (JSNQ12BPXA)

        I used this AC in 2017, the year in which I purchased it for 3 months. After that in 2018 I used it for only 2 months when suddenly one day it stopped cooling and just blew normal air.
        I contacted the customer care of LG to get it rectified and the engineer told me that the gas has finished in the AC, when I heard this I got shocked to know that I only used the AC for around 4- 5 months and how can the gas get finished so early. I asked the same from the engineer on which he informed me that in this inverter AC this problem is there of gas getting finished so early. I was shocked to hear that LG would be making such kind of products too.
        Then I did not fill the gas the same year in 2018, I contacted the engineer in 2019 again.
        The engineer had a look at the AC they also checked for the leakage which they were not able to find out.So they filled the new gas in AC for Rs 4000 and told that if the gas gets finished before 2 months then there might be some issue with the gas leakage then will have to get it checked from the company.
        I used it for 3 months no problem came during that, but this year in 2020 I just started my AC and what I am seeing right now is that again the AC is not cooling.
        I contacted the service team, the technicians came and told that there is sometime gas leakage from joints but they did not tell the resolution for it instead they told me to purchase the AMC for Rs4000, so means is this a promotional event going on.
        So I need to spend Rs 4000 each year for the maintenance of AC whereas I only use it for 2 – 3months. They told me this issue usually comes in this AC so if this is the reason that this cannot be rectified that please take back this piece of crap and refund my money, I would rather purchase other brand ACs.
        I think this is my biggest mistake of my life the day I purchased the AC of LG company.
        Many of my friends suggested to me that to buy some other brand AC’s, but although I got stuck to the same brand LG because of the reason that I am using many other products of LG and I have never got so much troubled with them.
        This has become a big burden on my life. I do not wish to spend Rs 4500 every year for filling up the same gas.
        I just want the proper resolution to get an exchange for this product or refund my whole money and take this worst AC back.

          Sir my LG 1.5 ton split AC not cooling the room, and AC compressor stops working automatically after some time. I purchased AC on 14/may/2019. I contact with the LG coustmer care before 14/may/2020, but due too lock down I am not able to call there coustmer care helpline number. Then on 16/may/2020 I complain them through there what's app number and they gave me complain I'd (RNP[protected]. Complain is with the name of Mr. Laxman Singh, contact number = [protected].
          Now Despite of repeated complaints and reminders to the personnel and also in the customer care, i have not yet received the service which was supposed to be free.
          The request was raised on 16/may/ 2020 and is still pending to be resolved.

            सर 2019 में हमने एक एलजी का एयर कंडीशनर ₹45000 में खरीदा था लेकिन उसमें कूलिंग नहीं होने के कारण हमने सर्विस सेंटर पर संपर्क किया लेकिन उसके बाद भी कॉलिंग प्रॉब्लम अभी तक ठीक नहीं हुई है उनको बार-बार कॉल करने पर कहते हैं कि आज आ जाएंगे कल आ जाएंगे लेकिन अभी तक नहीं आए हैं और ना ही कोई इस बारे में सुन रहा है जब भी उनके पास फोन करते हैं तो वह गलत तरीके से बात करते हैं हमारे द्वारा एलजी केयर में कंप्लेंट नंबर है rnp[protected] हम इसे इसी से 1 साल से परेशान हैं कृपया करके हमारी सहायता की जाए एसी में केवल गर्म हवा आ रही है, मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected], [protected]

                It's been More than 3days nobody coming to install my newly brought AC and suggesting they can't come because of current pandemic.

                Let's say Covid-19 will stay 1year with us that means your guys won't come for one year to install my Ac.If this is the case then why are you selling your product.I think I made a mistake for choosing LG instead of choosing Voltas which provides very good service during this pendemic.

                      Number of times we have lodge complaint 2 times dated 12th april 2020 and 19th may 2020 regards cooling and defrost problem in lg refrigerator with rnp[protected] and rnp[protected]. Still we haven't receive any resolution, infact the person who are talking on call are doing very rude behavior. Warranty is still continue as total months after purchasing is only 12th august 2019 from sargam india electronics pvt ltd. Preet vihar new delhi.

                        I had a problem with my lg double door refrigerator during april. I raised a complaint through lg online, due to lockdown situation someone from lg gave phone support to fix problem (Told there could be problem related to heating element), he asked me to shut fridge for 24 hours and start using it. After 15 days again the problem started (Refrigerator not cooling). I tried same number to inform but no response. I saw toll free number[protected] in internet and informed about my problem. They have sent one technician on 10th may, he checked and told mother board problem due to power fluctuations. He charged me 6000/-, while i asked him warranty he told i will get email. No warranty details came to me.
                        Within 7 days again refrigerator is not cooling, raise online complaint again to lg. This time person from lg company called me and sent one technician. The technician told that earlier people who came are not from lg, they are from local group. I told that i called lg toll free number[protected] and gave his number too. He told that you can get it from same guys or he can fix it. He told problem with heating element and charged me 1000/- so i asked what should i do with other lg guy who claimed that he fixed and charged 6000/-. He told to raise complaint or fir against that old guy who came and repaired. I tried calling old guy who did repair, he told he will come and repair it again. So i called toll free number[protected] and complained that why i am charged 6000/- for service which did not resolve my problem. They called and told that the person who came from lg is not right person and he does not know anything.
                        Both are complaining on each other and finally i spent almost 7000/- till date for cooling problem.

                        I am surprised company like lg unable to provide right service and technicians and proper customer care numbers. Still i am yet to wait and see if my cooling problem is resolved or not. Cost of refrigerator is 28000/-, total charges for repair within 6 years is 7000/-.
                        I am also trying to lodge fir against the person who charged me 6000'/- with no warranty and bill. Luckily i did gpay for all transactions and they are all recorded.

                        Anyone from lg can help tell me why are you troubling customers like this with no proper team who can support the products. Also who is running toll free[protected]. Lg person who came today told that people claiming lg are coming and charging heavily, if so what is your action against these people?

                        We want to know who is genuine lg person and fake guys. Also who will repay my 6000/- paid for repair which did not resolve my problem.

                              I already complained 3 times lg care through their app but their customer service is very poor! Every time i raise a complaint their technician call me then ordered me to do something like check the plug cable, freezer cooling level is as per company recommended then the problems still continues... Poor customer service from lg😡😡😡 i already have a lg led tv, washing machine also! I belived still now lg products r worth for hard earned money & performed well. But their customer service is very irritating & very rude also!

                                I have registered a service request ccn-[protected] regarding my led tv that my magic remote is not working some time, the engineer came and suggest a chemical wash, after the chemical wash he suggest to change pcb but now my remote is totally not working and now the engineer is saying it's a side effect of chemical wash though he didn't inform this at all before doing the chemical wash, what kind of service is this, my tv is totally useless now for the chemical wash
                                Now he is cancelling our new service request and denying to visit even after paying service charges

                                  I purchased lg 43 lj554t tv on 20.1.18 in which warranty was 12 months.
                                  In 6 moths of purchase, wifi was not working. They took 3 months and atleast 5 persons visted during the period at regular intevals and cleaned the wifi device and said ok. After 4 months, the same problem persisted. When i made complaints, service engineers said warranty was over. Then i complained thro online. After several arguments, they replaced the wifi system. But after 3 months, the same problem started. When i tried tanjore service engineers, they do not respond to me. I have been facing the same problem right from the purchase. So i request you to settle the issue.

                                    1.09.2019 I bought a television and after 3 months the sound system crashed. I informed the company and they came and changed the board. On 18.05.2020 the television was turned off again. This is a disgrace to a good product like lg. I hope you make a good decision on your part soon
