I had a problem with my lg double door refrigerator during april. I raised a complaint through lg online, due to lockdown situation someone from lg gave phone support to fix problem (Told there could be problem related to heating element), he asked me to shut fridge for 24 hours and start using it. After 15 days again the problem started (Refrigerator not cooling). I tried same number to inform but no response. I saw toll free number[protected] in internet and informed about my problem. They have sent one technician on 10th may, he checked and told mother board problem due to power fluctuations. He charged me 6000/-, while i asked him warranty he told i will get email. No warranty details came to me.
Within 7 days again refrigerator is not cooling, raise online complaint again to lg. This time person from lg company called me and sent one technician. The technician told that earlier people who came are not from lg, they are from local group. I told that i called lg toll free number[protected] and gave his number too. He told that you can get it from same guys or he can fix it. He told problem with heating element and charged me 1000/- so i asked what should i do with other lg guy who claimed that he fixed and charged 6000/-. He told to raise complaint or fir against that old guy who came and repaired. I tried calling old guy who did repair, he told he will come and repair it again. So i called toll free number[protected] and complained that why i am charged 6000/- for service which did not resolve my problem. They called and told that the person who came from lg is not right person and he does not know anything.
Both are complaining on each other and finally i spent almost 7000/- till date for cooling problem.

I am surprised company like lg unable to provide right service and technicians and proper customer care numbers. Still i am yet to wait and see if my cooling problem is resolved or not. Cost of refrigerator is 28000/-, total charges for repair within 6 years is 7000/-.
I am also trying to lodge fir against the person who charged me 6000'/- with no warranty and bill. Luckily i did gpay for all transactions and they are all recorded.

Anyone from lg can help tell me why are you troubling customers like this with no proper team who can support the products. Also who is running toll free[protected]. Lg person who came today told that people claiming lg are coming and charging heavily, if so what is your action against these people?

We want to know who is genuine lg person and fake guys. Also who will repay my 6000/- paid for repair which did not resolve my problem.

      I had buy 43inches LED TV, after 8 month display issue started. It is going on sleep mode and not coming back before 15 to 16 hrs. I have registered the complaint but no regulation by LG team. I need resolved it.

        I already complained 3 times lg care through their app but their customer service is very poor! Every time i raise a complaint their technician call me then ordered me to do something like check the plug cable, freezer cooling level is as per company recommended then the problems still continues... Poor customer service from lg😡😡😡 i already have a lg led tv, washing machine also! I belived still now lg products r worth for hard earned money & performed well. But their customer service is very irritating & very rude also!

          I have registered a service request ccn-[protected] regarding my led tv that my magic remote is not working some time, the engineer came and suggest a chemical wash, after the chemical wash he suggest to change pcb but now my remote is totally not working and now the engineer is saying it's a side effect of chemical wash though he didn't inform this at all before doing the chemical wash, what kind of service is this, my tv is totally useless now for the chemical wash
          Now he is cancelling our new service request and denying to visit even after paying service charges

            I purchased lg 43 lj554t tv on 20.1.18 in which warranty was 12 months.
            In 6 moths of purchase, wifi was not working. They took 3 months and atleast 5 persons visted during the period at regular intevals and cleaned the wifi device and said ok. After 4 months, the same problem persisted. When i made complaints, service engineers said warranty was over. Then i complained thro online. After several arguments, they replaced the wifi system. But after 3 months, the same problem started. When i tried tanjore service engineers, they do not respond to me. I have been facing the same problem right from the purchase. So i request you to settle the issue.

              1.09.2019 I bought a television and after 3 months the sound system crashed. I informed the company and they came and changed the board. On 18.05.2020 the television was turned off again. This is a disgrace to a good product like lg. I hope you make a good decision on your part soon

                    I’m constrained to express my disgust and resentment for the supply of a defective refrigerator by your company.

                    I bought a lg - gl-i372rpzy, refrigerator of 350 liters from sargam india electronic pvt ltd, r k puram, mohan singh market, and new delhi
                    On 8th april 2019. I’m sorry to say that the refrigerator didn't give me a satisfactory service for few months.
                    The main trouble started in the freezing section of the refrigerator. After an irritating service. I have register my complaints through lg toll free service, multiple times an engineer visit my place but they didn't fixed this issue properly, after 3rd visit of an engineer finally he told me that there was a problem with the gas which need to be re-filled, that make me surprised that its only 9 month ago, how gas leakage problem occurred in this refrigerator.
                    Unfortunately, he re-filled the gas and ensure me that the same problem will not occur in future. However after 3 month the same problem occurred again which is inconvenience. Then i follow the same procedure to register my complaint, now this time they told me that compressor is faulty `and they will charge us visiting fee as refrigerator seems out of warranty.
                    I told him that, i was register my first complain on feb month, 2020 and that time machine in warranty, your people ensure me that same problem will not come again.
                    This is totally unprofessional way to handle the complaints. I received the call from infinity service, and behavior of supervisor is very rude and irritating which is not bearable.
                    I think you will personable pay attention in the matter as soon as possible replace the defective refrigerator at the earliest. Needless to say that if needful is not done, i will be compelled to go to the consumer court.

                          Your dealer sales man said if i pay the amount through axis bank credit card i will receive 3.83% cash back after 90 days.

                          According i have swiped the card and purchased the product, later 90 days amount has not reflected my account, i have contacted the branch and visited several times and sent the account statement of credit card to dealer but still no proper response

                          Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                            I would like to inform you that one of your lg tv service boy named mr. Prasant samantaray belongs to kendrapara district assign for repair of led back light and suggested amount of rs.3800/- without any warranty but bill provided and another option given rs.3000 without bill with no warranty. I preferably choose rs.3000 and get repaired on dtd.30.01.2020. But on 28.03.2020 again same issue persist means picture not came. I called to the same mechanic but mechanic boy suggest ing for other issues and it will coast around rs.5000/- without bill.

                            I request you please remove mr. Samantaray and appointment one trustworthy person to provide hassle free services to customers. I never want for cashbacks or any free service but for good selves of general public. No person should fall this type of fraud in near future.

                            Lg is running with a brand name but after sells service is must else your branding value will hamper. If any clarification or evidence you may contact me [protected].

                            On sample checking and tele confirmation with the mechanic (Mr Prasant Samantaray) and his authorised dealer (Mr Anup Babu, Jagatsingpur, Odisha) he has been replaced the duplicate LED light that has been purchased by him from the open market. It's not a genuine LG product. Thats the only reason not to provide the LG service bill and misguided me. Now he has been agree to repair at free of cost. But I would not like to repair. Please arrange to return my price rs.3000/- and additional penalty rs.2000/- towards fraud, harassment and misguiding.

                            Please take up the issues with higher ups and take necessary actions against the mechanic to avoid such type of fraud, harassment and customer misguiding in near future.

I recently buyed a lg led tv model no.32lm636bptb on 16th march 2020 from lg brand store i. E apollo sales corp.                               He checked all but its still same, its just new buy i am not happy with this lg product, shame on you lg you send me refurbished product.

                              My concern - as my lg led tv is new one and within the full one year warranty why are they not providing me a replacement.

                              I need a replacement of my led tv or refund my money asap.

Pitampura delhi 110034 just before lockdown, and it was installed by lg own engineer on 18th march and is in warranty.                                   Suddenly tv is showing everything very dark.

                                  It is as if you got the brightness near to zero even if you have it to 100.

                                  I had off energy saving from automatic, but it shows same problem..., i am sure that this is a hardware problem..,

                                  Within 9 months tv is showing problem like this please exchange this tv.,

                                  This is in warranty period. Please fix this problem.

                                      My led tv hdmi inputs (All 3) are not working. While complaint is put up to lg service, a technician called me and told motherboard replacement is required but the motherboard is discontinued. What to do now. It is very unfair that capital goods to households are bought with a view of 10-12 years life. There is no point in discontinuing the spares. Interestingly led tv technology is also not outdated like tube television. I do not think this is a consumer friendly move.

                                        I have purchased lg double door refrigerator (260ltrs) from nandilath g-mart, adoor on 26th december 2019 & it is not working now. According to lg technicians, it's pcv and compressor complaint. I need to replace the refrigerator with new one as soon as possible. Otherwise i will file case to consumer court.
