[Resolved] LG Electronics — side by side refrigerator,water dispenser not installed. | |||
Dear Sir/madam, I am Dr Priya from chennai.I had purchased Lg products for 5.45 lakhs on october end from Asia sales agency OMR road, thuraipakkam.I had bought a refridgerator model no GR-J297WSBN(NS) dated[protected].invoice no 4888.They sold me this piece saying that we can directly connect to Lg water purifier, now the service person is saying we need a motor and a overhead can to connect...just imagine how the hall would look if such connections are done?If they had clearly told me this i would have purchased the one with non plumbing model.The owner Mr.Mayank and the sales person Mr.Karthi dont respond at all.I have already mailed my querry to Lg, one person called to confirm the situation...but no response...after spending soo much im terribly unhappy..Kindly suggest me how can i go about to the consumer court.Kindly do the needful. I don't know the complaint number but the service person assured that they will send a senior engineer to look into the problem 3 days back but nobody has come.We have shifted our residence to a nearby place..in the same area.My new address is 3D/304, third floor, Hansa Chitra, Dharga Road, Pallavaram Chennai 43.Kindly do the needful.My bill invoice number 4888.Asia sales agency bill dated 31 oct 2014.My cell no is [protected]
