I have a split AC in my establishment which was serviced 3 months back and huge amount of INR 3000 collected. Within 2 months again the AC started leaking and when they came to service again demanded INR 285 and now again the AC is leaking and now again they are demanding money even before seeing it.
This is nothing but cheating. Are we supposed to pay every month such huge money for faulty service. For such a huge amount paid, we should have at least a minimum one year of trouble free operation.
LG should rectify the defect and give a service guarantee for a twelve month trouble free operation.
