LG Electronics — Split AC indoor unit not working and no one is resolving the issue | |||
My Indoor unit is not working properly, whenever i switch on its power from MCB the Indoor unit start to vibrate and run in max power with its air flap closed and after 30 seconds it shuts itself down and also its power LED is not working. Now after the installation i am facing so many issues, Whats the point of spending 46, 000 Rs if we can't even use the AC. I have lodged multiple complaints but everytime the service person comes evaluates the machine an say the same thing that the indoor unit has to be replaced, but no one is doing anything to help us. I had booked the Invertor AC model BSA18IMA in OCTOBER and upon arrival the box of the indoor unit was completely damaged the dlivery person said that the indoor unit got wet in the warehouse but the unit is fine and i need not worry as the installation guy will inspect and if there is any issue it would be replaced immediately. The customer service people give number of service centre, then on contacting them service centre people give number of some service personal and then they say we can't replace it nor they are accepting to fix it. Number given to me from customer support Mrs. Kadambari Patil[protected] Everytime she either passes the phone to someone or give a number of someone else.
