I had bought a 55 inch HD 3D TV in April 2012 and have also covered it under their AMC ever since. But, since last month, the TV has not been working. On contacting customer care, I am being told that a part needs to be replaced and that the part is not available in entire India as the product is now obsolete. As per the AMC, if the part is not available, I need to get a new TV. But, instead, I am being forced to sell my TV at lesser price and pay up for a new TV, that too only with LG at a higher cost compared to various showrooms. The Service Center managers are also treating me unprofessionally when talking to them on phone. Need help to get this resolve quickly please... Was this information helpful? |
