Our Lg 4k TV is having problems and is within the warranty period. The company representatives have visited twice but there has been no resolution. They have demanded payment for repairing it during the warranty period. We are not able to speak with anybody in a responsible position.
We are unfortunate that we are having a problem with an expensive product but the company cannot not honour the warranty.
